This is a three bedroom, two bath ground-floor unit with a screened porch and deck on the beachfront. The beach is just a few steps from the walkway next to the porch. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom contains a double and a single bed. Between those bedrooms is a full hall bath. The third bedroom contains a queen bed and has its own bathroom with shower stall.
The rental price plus tax includes everything. Linens are included. Amenities include cable TV in each bedroom as well as the living area, WIFI internet access, free local phone calls and a full-size washer and dryer.
Many of our renters return year after year for their family reunions and consider it their home away from home.
Located at 4808-10 N. Ocean Boulevard in Cherry Grove, one of the premier family beach sections of North Myrtle Beach. The beach is uncrowded and is lifeguard-protected in season.

Peter and I both worked for the pharmaceutical industry all of our lives. It was always our dream to retire here. We lived in the Philadelphia area until we came to North Myrtle Beach a few years ago. The people are so friendly and kind here! We can take walks together along the surf anytime. We have a house in Cherry Grove in a wooded area. The natural beauty of the area can be breathtaking!
Why the Owner Chose Beach Villas
Beach Villas B has been our family vacation place for over 20 years. We bought it without any hesitation in 2005 when the previous owner retired and decided to sell it. It has always felt like a second home to all of us.
My husband Peter has a favorite rocker on the porch. He is fair-skinned and the porch enables him to enjoy the beach without worry about the sun. Peter sometimes jokes and says that we bought the porch with the condo attached.

This place is all about the beach.
The porch has always been our favorite spot. We have several rockers for family and friends to relax and talk. We enjoy the uncrowded beaches. Shopping and entertainment are conveniently located a very short ride away.
This condo has been witness to the joys of countless family reunions, engagements and even honeymoons. It has also has been known to help heal those grieving from the loss of loved ones.

As a young man I would come to the condo with my best friend's family every 4th of July dating back to the mid 90's (under previous owners). As we grew up and had families of our own, my friends family had out grown the condo and asked us if we wanted to take over the week - which I promptly jumped at the chance having so many great memories here. Mary Ann & Peter were very accomodating when we started renting the place for ourselves 5 years ago and we have a standing reservation for the week of the 4th every year. We absolutely love this condo and the care that is taken in keeping the place feel like a second home. The location can't be beat and the ease of getting to and from the beach welcomes all, young and old. Our favorite spot is the porch where you can relax while listening to the ocean reading a good book, or in my case "enjoying an adult beverage" after a great day on the beach. We plan on coming back every summer until our family out grows the place. Who knows, maybe we will pass it on as well!

Our family stayed at the condo in early June We loved the convenience of just walking a few steps to the beach. Our 3 year old grandson enjoyed the sand toys. We loved the umbrella. All conveniences were provided. We felt like we were visiting family. Mary Anne even brought a book on turtles because a logger head had just recently laid its eggs nearby. You will have a great time at this condo!

My two sons and I spent 5 great days in the Villa which was very clean, well-maintained and had everything we could possibly need. The location was excellent, away from the crowds but close enough to anything we needed or wanted to do (including lots of golf). The beach is first rate and it is so nice to just walk off the deck and onto the Beach. Mary Ann & Peter were there if we needed them and were excellent to deal with throughout the booking and during our week at the Villa. I would not hesitate to recommend the unit as a great place to stay and am already making plans for a return visit.

We love this place! It is so convenient(especially when you have small children) to just step outside and be on the beach! We have been staying here for the last several years and it feels like our very own place at the beach.

We have just returned from our two week vacation at Beach Villas. We first went there in 2001 and just love this place. The owners go above and beyond their call of duty to make our stay enjoyable. It truly does feel like home away from home, and we can't wait to go again.
