PERFECT FOR LARGE FAMILY, OR 2-FAMILY VACATION!!! Plenty of room to spread out! Large deck with gas grill, great for cooking and dining out. 2 coaster bikes, sit upon kayak, beach chairs, tennis court and raquets, basketball court and ball--everything you need for a wonderful fun-filled vacation. For those who can't leave their work at home, HIGH SPEED INTERNET VIA MEDIACOM. For the boating enthusiast, boat slip available for your private boat, with the boat launch 2 blocks away. Dock is great for fishing, or crabbing, or just watching the sunset. 15 minute ride to walmart, gym facilities, Fine Dining or whatever you could possibly need.

Pensacola Naval Air station, home of the Blue Angels, within a 45 minute drive. Pensacola Beach, Destin and outlet shopping within an hour drive.
