Have fun or just relax in the sun at this upscale, three year old condominium complex in the Marina area of Puerto Vallarta. Located near the Casa Magna Marriott Resort and Velas Vallarta, this is one of the most beautiful buildings on the beach with all of the amenities you are looking for on your Mexican Riviera vacation.

Play tennis on one of two lighted courts, enjoy a swim in the ocean from your own private beach, or be served a margarita and lunch beside the free-form pool complex. If golf is your thing, the Marina Golf Course is right across the street. If you want one of the great meals the area has to offer, it's a five minute walk to the marina for shopping, brunch or dinner in one of the many fine restaurants.

Our condominium is on the fifteenth floor with spectacular ocean views. Sit on the deck or in your own hot tub to watch the sun disappear over the horizon. Luxury and affordability!
