Beautiful Garden Home completed in August 2006. Double front concrete drive with parking pad for two cars in front. Huge master bedroom with its own "Hollywood" bath, nice large with double sinks and plenty of space. Walk in closet. Second bedroom and third bedroom both have double beds and share a bath. Nice décor, tray ceilings, ceiling fans, beautiful wrought iron and crystal light fixtures, very up to date décor.
Den has TV with DirectTV and wireless internet (bring own computer, and gas fireplace for easy use. Has a pull out sofa that could accommodate 2 but not as comfortable as a "real" bed. Kitchen has updated pub style kitchen table with 6 chairs. Additional bar for three in kitchen. New appliances - dishwasher, smooth cooktop, microwave, disposal, fully stocked with dishes, gadgets, small appliances, pots and pans. Backyard is small fenced enclosed courtyard, great for pets or children to play safely. Unit is on a corner providing extra space for parked cars.
Rent to 25 and older only please. Partiers not welcomed, this is a NICE AND SAFE family neighborhood far enough away from university to provide calm and security. Great accommodations for hard to find University of Alabama football game lodging or other sporting events at the Capstone, or other academic events. Sometimes hotels are hard to find..best of both worlds here.

The Unique Benefits of this Villa
This is a VERY convenient location near intersection of Highway 82 and 43 in Northport. Just a skip away (1 mile) in Northport are antique shops, old time barber shop, world famous local meat and 3 CITY CAFE, and one of a kind places featured in Southern Living. On the four lane (just outside the entrance to Harper Creek) are all the handy places you know and love McDonalds, Publix grocery, Walmart, gas stations, family area a hop away. A jump away (about 5 miles) is the University of Alabama.

We have stayed here a few times, no problems at all, very close to campus and nice/clean home. I would highly recommend.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
