Meticulously maintained, bright and comfortably furnished - you know you are on vacation in this house, located in a quiet South Orleans setting. We love our traditional Cape-style home with many recent upgrades - wood floors throughout; tiled baths; tiled kitchen flooring, cabinets and appliances.

Kitchen skylight lets the sun pour in, while you enjoy the central air conditioning. Dining room table extends to seat 8. Enjoy evening grilling on either the gas or charcoal grill. Outdoor living space includes a large deck and bluestone patio to spread out.

Two bedrooms have queen beds. A third bedroom has three twin beds and a fourth large bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed with its own TV/internet/game area - great for kids or teens to enjoy. The living room is also equipped with TV/CD/DVD. A perfect place for two families to share.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach games available for your use and convenience. Close to Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach, and the beautiful National Seashore. Enjoy the relaxing outdoor shower or hammock after a long day at the beach!

Great neighborhood for walking, jogging or biking to scenic Pleasant Bay. Only 1 mile to town landing for boating or kayaking. Watch the Orleans Cardinals play in the Cape League Baseball park close by. Prime shopping in Orleans center and Chatham center. Enjoy the choice of many family activities: close to the bike path and many of the Cape's finest golf courses. Excellent restaurants and fish markets. There's nothing like an Orleans vacation!

  • We rented this home in September 2008. The interior is lovely with a calming color scheme of sand, green and blue and lovely decorative touches. There was everything we needed but no clutter. The house feels spacious, the bedrooms are all comfortable, the baths are up to date and attractive. There is a very nice kitchen with a skylight. The china, cookware, etc. are all attractive and in complementary colors. The living room/dining room is comfortable with attractive furniture in good condition. The location is between Orleans and Chatham, near beaches, and in an area where you can walk to Pleasant Bay. The deck is nice and there is a huge garage with lots of beach paraphernalia and games. The owners have made an effort to provide everything the renter needs and the house was in immaculate condition. We loved being there with our family. Jean Thompson

  • We were extremely pleased with this home away from home, for our first Cape Cod vacation in years! The beds were very comfortable with plenty of room in the bedrooms. The house has a great layout, and the outdoor space for relaxing is perfect! The bathrooms are upgraded and very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the garage provides plenty of space for extra storage (bikes, beach gear, etc.). We loved the bike path in the woods about one mile down toward the bay. The BEST vacation rental we've had by far! Thank you for sharing your home.

  • We can't say enough about this wonderful, relaxing Cape Cod home! It is extremely well-kept w/ beautiful decor, nice hardwood/tile flooring and very comfortable bedding! Great layout for extended family/friends! Enjoy the peaceful setting and walks to the Town Landing at Pleasant Bay. Convenient to beaches, golf courses, great shopping!!

  • Our stay at the house in Orleans was wonderful, it was close to all the beaches we wanted to go to. The house was in immaculate condition and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out.
