Three bedroom two bath stilt home built 1995, deep wide waterfront canal with boat rentals, boat charters, restaurant, boat ramp, grocery store and private airport within easy walking distance.
Great water access to ocean and back country for great fishing, lobstering and diving. Near Looe Key Reef and American Shoals for great fishing and diving.
The back yard has a 60-foot seawall with a large concrete deck area all the way across. I have my 22-foot boat on a lift but there are davits for up to a 26-foot boat weighting 5000 pounds. There is plenty of room on the seawall and deep water to leave a large boat in the water. This canal is well protected against bad weather conditions if you leave your boat in the water.
