Beautiful upstairs deck and lower level patio make the perfect spot for unwinding and taking in the gorgeous Sunsets. Gentle slope to the water, where you can swim in a private cove or take a boat out on Lake Travis.

Large kitchen with island and breakfast nook has plenty of room. Huge 1,100 sf downstairs gameroom with pool table, 52" big screen TV, ping pong, bar, darts etc. Protected Cove has private dock with electric boat lift and jet ski ramp - easy access to main body of Lake Travis. Great for swimming and has gentle sloping walk to water! Outdoor patio has BBQ grill and patio furniture perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. Directly across from Pace Bend Park, with lake-access restaurants close by.

  • Twin/Single Bed (3): 2 are on Bunk Beds (1 above and 1 on trundle-great for small children!) 1 is on a sofa bed in the living room.
  • Bunk Bed: Custom-built wooden bunk beds have Queen mattresses top and bottom which are located in 3rd bedroom.
  • Convertible Bed (4): Sofa and Single Chair in living room has hide-a-beds..sleeps 3. Study has a Queen size sofa/futon bed and downstairs game room has a 2 new Queen futon beds-sleeps 4. Very comfortable!!
