Great for swimming and has gentle sloping walk to water! Outdoor patio has BBQ grill and patio furniture perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. Why the Owner Chose Lago Vista
Lago Vista is a wonderful place to relax, with a slower pace than the hustle and bustle of the city, but everything you need as well. This house sits back in a protected deep water cove, which shields it from the speeding boats on the main part of the lake. You can swim, fish paddleboat or just watch the sunset in the calm cove, and then easily take a boat out onto the main part of the lake for exploring, skiing, etc. Across from the house is gorgeous Pace Bend Park, which offers acres of unspoiled, undeveloped beauty. You can look across and see the trees and cliffs of the park, and watch the Sunset over the water. You feel like you're away from it all, while being close enough to town to find restaurants, golf courses, grocery store, etc. I love this place!!

You'll feel your shoulders relax and your stress melt away shortly after entering into Lago Vista, a slower-paced lakeside community. As you drive through the neighborhood, you'll see deer laying in the grass and small fawns playing. Throw a fishing line off the dock into the deep channel and catch a nice striped bass or catfish, watch the sunset over gorgeous Pace Bend Park, and then light a fire in the downstairs chiminea on the patio as you cook a steak or burgers on the grill. You'll recharge your batteries in no time and want to come back again and again!
