We enjoyed staying in this lovely home over the Christmas and New Year's holiday. The kitchen was easy to maneuver and the grill outside allowed us to cook some awesome meals with our family and friends. The house is conveniently located right on the walking trails with easy access to the amenities via bike or walking. It is a little bit further if traveling by car. We liked the convenience of having a bedroom on the first floor. The house was obviously professionally decorated and comfortable. Would just suggest an upgraded TV for the living area, especially for the winter renters. Once evening falls, it is very quiet and secluded here. So for peace and relaxation, it can't be beat.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

“The home was absolutely fabulous (the pictures, though gorgeous, do not even do it full justice!) and the whole contact with E30A from the booking process to checking out was pleasant, uncomplicated and easy. Watercolor and the whole Seaside area are so charming and beautiful. We really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you for making it so special. I am looking forward to visiting the area again and I know I can find a stylish getaway through your agency.”
