Two story, Watercolor cottage on Western Lake. Black wood floors throughout home. Complete gourmet kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator, six burner Thermador gas stove. Cement and honed marble counter tops. Huge kitchen/working island with sink and seating for five.
Gas lights on all outdoor porches. Three sets of French doors, open to screened porch off living room and kitchen. Each bedroom has its own separate vanity bathroom. Master bedroom has vaulted ceiling, full limestone bath with glass enclosed shower and French doors opening onto a large screened sleeping porch. High end furnishings and art used throughout, very dreamy and comfortable. Come escape!

This house is a great home away from home for families who love the beach. The owner was very helpful with information regarding details that made the week a true vacation (bike rentals, beach club passes). The house is fully equipped, conveniently located within the community to restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, and beaches. The bedrooms comfortably slept both families - we even had one child sleeping on the sleeping porch every night! The home was VERY clean, wonderful sheets on the beds, and stylish but beautiful accommodations. The kids rode their bikes everyday throughout the trails and to Grayton beach to visit our friends. October was a FANTASTIC time of the year to go as the weather was spectacular, beaches less crowded, and pace was quite slow.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home over the Christmas and New Year's holiday. The kitchen was easy to maneuver and the grill outside allowed us to cook some awesome meals with our family and friends. The house is conveniently located right on the walking trails with easy access to the amenities via bike or walking. It is a little bit further if traveling by car. We liked the convenience of having a bedroom on the first floor. The house was obviously professionally decorated and comfortable. Would just suggest an upgraded TV for the living area, especially for the winter renters. Once evening falls, it is very quiet and secluded here. So for peace and relaxation, it can't be beat.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

“The home was absolutely fabulous (the pictures, though gorgeous, do not even do it full justice!) and the whole contact with E30A from the booking process to checking out was pleasant, uncomplicated and easy. Watercolor and the whole Seaside area are so charming and beautiful. We really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you for making it so special. I am looking forward to visiting the area again and I know I can find a stylish getaway through your agency.”Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
