Accommodations:  Beach House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 7-8)

Brand-new construction for 2007. Start your day at the beach sitting on a nice large deck with six rocking chairs!! The deck has covered areas for enjoying the shade and uncovered areas for perfecting that tan. The house is beautifully decorated with a state of the art kitchen including stone countertops. Comfortable seating in the dining area with additional seating at the bar, or you can enjoy your meal outside on the deck. Kitchen and Living areas have cathedral ceilings-ceiling fans throughout house. There are Queen beds in 2 bedrooms, with the Master Bedroom having a small private "reading" deck with a second set of stairs. The third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed. To meet the needs of our smaller guests, a folding cot, board games, Port-a-crib, and high chair are available.

Close enough to enjoy all the activities of the Grand Strand, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Located only about 350 yards from the beach, you have a slight view of the ocean from the deck.

Weekly rates include cleaning fee. Linen service available for minimal fee.

The owners are calling this house "Sanctuary," which by definition means a place of refuge. We hope you will find it to be a place where you can rest, relax, and restore.

    Mr and Mrs Stowe, I did receive the deposit in the mail. Thank you so much. I meant to write before now and let you know that we had a wonderful time at your beach house. It was perfect!!! The house is absolutely beautiful, and we had a great time. And yes, we did pick a very hot week to be there.   • This home was wonderful. It's beautifully decorated and truly apportioned to live up to it's name "Sanctuary". The large porch was thoroughly enjoyed by our family and some friends who were also at Ocean Lakes at the same time. We all enjoyed the rocking chairs and the cool evening breezes. The kitchen is great...set up very well, and although I don't consider myself old, the brand new, high tech appliances, (mainly the stove) my daughter had to help me figure out how to work! :-) This home is located in a great section of Ocean Lakes, on one of the quiter, shady streets, just a few yards away from one of the several fishing ponds that my son and his friend fished in every day. This home is just a short walk to the beach or an even shorter golf cart ride. All in all, this is a great rental choice for your Ocean Lakes vacation. Eight Thumbs Way Up from my family of four!
