Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Peak:We prefer Sat to Sat Rentals $2000.00 per week/$375.00 per night
Off Peak: $275/night... $1500/week (Week = 7 nights)
Sleeps 8 guests.
Peak time is May 1 through Oct. 31 and the weeks of Christmas and New Years.
Arrival and Departure days can be double booked.
We allow enough time between check in and check out to clean the house for
the next guests.

Why the Owner Chose Brainerd
We did not intend to rent when we purchased this second home. as our children have grown older (and we added some too!) we were unable to use the home as much as we had originally. We decided to rent the home out to help offset the cost of ownership and to justify keeping the home.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
It is a very unique property on 5+ acres with lakeshore on two lakes. It is very private and tranquil, we love to relax and unwind when we are there anytime of the year.
