Our Marathon home is available all year round. This price includes all of the following amenities. There is a private pool,which can be heated for a flat weekly rate, and a 7ft Jacuzzi for your relaxation. This home has 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms with the master suite having its own private bathroom. The house sleeps up to 10 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and the remaining 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen with appliances for your convenience. (Plates, Pots, Pans and Utensils included.) We have plenty of dock space for 1 boat or watercraft at no extra charge. If you would like to park a second boat on the dock, there would be a $200.00 a week charge for the second boat parking.
Outside we have a fish cleaning station, and an industrial ice maker that is at your disposal. There is a Tiki hut right by the pool for your enjoyment. There is also a well lit, covered cooking area with a Stainless steel BBQ, twin burners, and everything you need for all of your outdoor cooking needs. Ample parking for your vehicles in front of the house.
Payments and fees are as follows: $125 cleaning fee, 11.5% Florida Tourist/Sales Tax, and $800.00 security deposit refundable if no damages, beyond normal wear and tear. PAYMENTS: $800.00 security deposit due upon signing the rental agreement. 50% of the total amount due 60 days prior to arrival, and the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to arrival. Heating of the pool will be $200.00 additional for the week.

We had 6 adults and 2 kids, ages 3 and 5 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The pool is very kid friendly as is the whole property. The owner was extremely helpful and was always there if we had a question or problem. I would highly recommend it!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family recently stayed at this home, nice home in a good location for exploring the city and also the canal is minutes from the Atlantic. There was 10 of us including a one year old. The owner was very nice and helpful our entire stay. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the house and was helpful when we called later to ask about the internet. The house fit us all comfortably and we had no problems with the house all week. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The pool was perfect for the baby and for us sunbathing. The pool starts out ankle deep and then gets deeper.The owner had ice for us kept in a freezer outside already bagged. The only thing we had an issue with was that our two boats did not fit in the dockage space. This was because the owner had his boat there still. To fix this we stored one of the boats a few houses down. We all had a great time and would come back again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed with another family for spring break in 2008. Needless to say, we had a ball. The property is exactly as pictured, and provided plenty of space and comfort for all of us. We would definitely stay again.

The pictures reperesent the house well. Lots of room for a bigger group, including 2 family room areas. We tended to have have the grown-ups downstairs and the teens/kids upstairs with the big screen. The house was well maintained and very clean. The owner personally greeted me, even suggesting we could use the pool/outside areas prior to check in while the cleaning was progressing. If you're a fisherman the ice machine is a fantastic added bonus. No running to get ice constantly! The pool and outside areas were also very spacious. Getting to the Atlantic required about 1 minute of idling and then getting on plane quickly for the run accross the flats ( through a well marked channel). My only complaint would be not having internet access. Unfortunately we encountered bad weather all week. I felt lost not being able to check for marine weather uodates and fishing reports. However, there is a coffee shop within walking distance that has wireless. To me it was a bonus dealing with the owner. He was very courteous, always prompt with returning calls and I had my security deposit back in less than a week. I would recommend this property to my friends or family and hope to stay here again!
