Our condo is professionally decorated in dazzling blues and greens reminiscent of the Caribbean. Four cable TVs plus over 40 DVDs and numerous children's movies on tape mean there is entertainment for everyone. A full size washer and dryer in the condo get you quickly back on the beach in dry suits. Dine or lounge on balcony while watching dolphins frolic and admiring the beach view. With a second floor location and nearby stairs, you don't have to wait for the elevator to enjoy the beach, pool, and other amenities.

Hi Sally: I wanted to send this e-mail about our vacation 16th--23rd. We had a great time--the weather was great except for that Monday (rain all day). That was the day we chose to go to Mobile. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we had a fantastic experience! Sally was so easy to rent from and after our stay we got our deposit back right away. We arrived at the condo late at night and it was so nice to go straight up to the condo without stopping to pick the keys up from a front desk. The condo is well stocked with pots and pans for the avid cook and for movie buffs there are flat screen TVs in all the rooms with numerous DVDs to choose from! Watching dolphins swim by every morning was a truly magical experience. I would highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

This was our first rental through VRBO..Sally made the experience easy. She kept us up to date and gave us information and tips for the beach. What a cute family condo...Love the colors. This was our first trip to Orange Beach, I booked our condo with Sally not knowing anything about it other than the information and photos that she had posted on the internet. Her photos and information did not do this location and condo justice. It was perfect. The condo was very clean, dishes, pots & pans, comfortable beds, lots of furniture, and amazing decor.. It was home away from home. The view was amazing! I could sit on the large balcony overlooking the pool and and have a conversation with my children in the outdoor pool it was that close. The ocean was beautiful and just STEPS away. The indoor pool and hot tub was right outside out condo. Another plus was the trash chute was just outside our door.. We had a wonderful vacation and truly enjoyed our stay at the Romar. My family will be coming back to Orange Beach and will be staying at Sally's Condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

A great place to spend time with the family. Romar 205 was appropriately decorated making our beach stay that much more enjoyable. What I liked is that the condo is on the second floor near the steps that literally make just steps away from the beach.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation.. very easy access to the pool areas and beach! The condo was just as described and pictured. Sally was very helpful and made the rental process very easy. We would highly recommend this condo and owner to others.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

First time to stay at Romar Place and this condo. Loved the location of the condo #205. It was on 2nd floor so no need to use elevator to go to pool or beach. Beautifully decorated with fully equiped kitchen! The view was great as you get corner view of beach and pool. We will be renting this condo again as we love Orange Beach and have been vacationing there for 18 years. This is one of the best condo's we've stayed in by far!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family of 6 had a wonderful time! The condo is colorful, comfortable and cozy. All of the descriptions were accurate. Everything is here!! The girls, aged 10 and 11 were thrilled with their room which was complete with 2 awesome parrots! The beach and pools were very clean and inviting. We all enjoyed the Naval Museum and Historic Pensacola.The girls want to know,"Can we come back soon?" Highly recommend this teriffic family vacation condo!!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

CANCELLATION If you must cancel, please phone 404-822-0191 ASAP. We require a 45 day notice for your deposit to be refunded. Monthly rentals require a 60 day notice. If less than the minimum notice is given, your deposit will be held for lost rent unless the unit is rebooked. A $35.00 service fee is assessed for all cancellations. STORMS/HURRICANES If a mandated evacuation order is issued by the governmental authorities, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of your stay. Refunds will not be made due to inclement weather. In the event a hurricane warning is issued by the U.S. Weather Service for the Orange Beach area and you choose not to come or to leave during your rental period, monies paid will be credited towards a future booking.
