First time to stay at Romar Place and this condo. Loved the location of the condo #205. It was on 2nd floor so no need to use elevator to go to pool or beach. Beautifully decorated with fully equiped kitchen! The view was great as you get corner view of beach and pool. We will be renting this condo again as we love Orange Beach and have been vacationing there for 18 years. This is one of the best condo's we've stayed in by far!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My family of 6 had a wonderful time! The condo is colorful, comfortable and cozy. All of the descriptions were accurate. Everything is here!! The girls, aged 10 and 11 were thrilled with their room which was complete with 2 awesome parrots! The beach and pools were very clean and inviting. We all enjoyed the Naval Museum and Historic Pensacola.The girls want to know,"Can we come back soon?" Highly recommend this teriffic family vacation condo!!!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation.. very easy access to the pool areas and beach! The condo was just as described and pictured. Sally was very helpful and made the rental process very easy. We would highly recommend this condo and owner to others.

My daughter and I just spent a fabulous week at the beach. This condo has everything that you need for a perfect vacation! Everything was clean and decorated to perfection. If you need a 3 bedroom this is the perect spot for relaxation and fun.

This owner thought of everything! The condo was well equipped with all the extras, the playstation was a huge plus, the garden tub was nice, the grandkids loved the kid bedroom, and we all loved the decor! the owner was easy to work with, and the bed in the master bedroom is very very comfy!!! I would recommend this rental to anyone!!!

You have thought of everything and made this well decorated condo very organized and kid friendly! I especially liked how you labeled everything in the kitchen so there was no doubt where things belonged. The pack-n-play was very handy, you are easy to work with, and I'd have to say this is our best family beach experience to date! We loved your condo, the comfort of the beds, the garden tub, the play station and games, the radio in the master bedroom, everything was perfect! Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your condo!!!! This was a nice condo to host a family holiday. It was clean, comfortable, and very kid friendly. Both bathrooms were large, well lit, and stocked with an ample supply of towels. The kitchen is small, functional, and generally well-equipped; although it could use a few more pots and pans and the existing ones should be replaced. We enjoyed stunning Gulf views from the spacious balcony. Both the indoor and outdoor pools provided hours of entertainment for the kids. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Owners promptly responded to inquiries and were very courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit.

Sally, Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! The location was perfect and the view was awesome! Sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean waves was just the break we needed. I couldn't think of a better birthday weekend! There was pleanty of space for 3 adults, one 12 year old, two 5 year olds, and two 2 year olds. Hope to come again soon!

Sally, We had a real good time. It's a shame the national media has taken control of tourism during this time. We will make sure to tell all of our friends that the Gulf is ready to show them a good time. Looking forward to next year as our tan will have faded by then and will need another coat!

We all had a wonderful time here in Orange Beach staying in your condo. It is beautifully decorated and my firends and I both agreed that we could live here year 'round! Our kids and grandkids watched dolphins from the balcony and were thrilled!

We just spent a week in this adorable condo for a family "spring break" trip. It was perfect for our family! Not only is it decorated beautifully, but the location is ideal. The balcony overlooks the ocean and pool and the staircase is located nearby making it easy to access the beach and pool(s) with all our swimming/beach gear. We appreciated the highchair, pack-n-play and stroller that were available in the condo as well as the collection of movies for our kids. We would definitely recommend this rental!

This is a great condo with an excellant owner, who is easy to work with and who has thought of everything! This is a three bedrooms/two bath that sleeps six, but then there are also two roll-away beds, a portacrib, a highchair, and even a stroller, toys for the beach, and laundry facilities. We had everything we needed! The location is prime, right on the beach and faces the water so you have ocean view all vacation. The condo is nicely decorated and well kept up. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi and beach had our family busy the whole week. This is a great rental! Thank you!

We visited week of 3-8-10. Great place. My husband of 50 years who is not a beach lover said it was the best place we had ever rented. He liked it so much he wanted to stay another day--and that is saying a lot because he usually arrives wanting to know when we are going to leave. ;^) Free Internet service was available, but a little sketchy at times. We had a wonderful time.

Dear Sally and family, Well, once again we have had an extraordinary time here. This is our second year coming and staying here at Romar Place #205 and again, it felt like coming home. We have been here for 13 blissful days and we are sad to leave the beloved beach and your awesome condo. A few notes on our activities: Our favorite restaurants are The Original Oyster House (the blackened mahi mahi is fabulous!), Lulu's (the veggie burrito and mahi mahi basket are winners), and Bayley's Seafood on the Dauphin Isank Pkwy (you have to get the onion rings - they are slap-yo-mama good!). We also tood a dolphin cruisee on the Cold Mil fleet - nice, but our favorite is the Dolphin Express with Captain Richie. And we explored the beautiful Dauphin Island and its Estaurium. It's definitely worth the drive and money. All in all, we have had a wonderful, relaxing time here and can't wait to come back next year! Thanks so much!

We had a great time over Labor Day and the condo certainly added to the enjoyment of our trip. We really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the beach. You could not ask for a better view or to be closer to the beach. The owner was wonderful to us and called to verify that we had everything we needed after we arrived. No waiting to check in. The lockbox is there and she gives you the combination to open it and retrieve the keys to get inside. The condo is clean and comfortable and all you need is to be there for a fun filled vacation. Indoor pool is great when it is too hot outside and the hot tub and sauna are available as well. Thanks Sally for a great family outing. We will be back.

This is the best place we have ever rented for our vacation stays on the Gulf. The condo is beautifully decorated and makes you feel relaxed even when not on the beach. The views from the condo are great! Great access from second floor to pools and beach. Everything available you would need to cook and do laundry. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We have stayed in Romar 205 for the past three years. For location and a beautiful view of the gulf, this condo cannot be beat. The beach is broad and the pool area is great. I would highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

Myself and three of my bookclub "sisters" stayed for 5 nights in Sept. We began our mornings watching the sunrise from the balcony and planning our day. We had a great time at your condo during Spring Break. It was very clean and decorated so cute.We have 3 teenagers and a 1-year old. The teens were able to have their privacy in the back hallway bedrooms while we were able to let the baby sleep in the master bedroom with us. There was plenty of room for the travel crib. I loved the large master bath with the garden tub too. The view was so nice from the living room. We will visit again soon. Thanks for the memories!

We have been renting condos at the beach for many years and this is one of the most nicely appointed that we have stayed in. It is wonderful to have enough TVs for my video oriented family, a kitchen that you actually can cook in (cast iron skillet included), and a spacious master bed and bath. The view is great and the second floor location is great for fast check in and out. We plan to make this an annual vacation stop.

Check out our other condo - Romar 404(VRBO#19076) - for a totally different decorating style! Romar 205 has a Caribbean feel whereas Romar 404 is decorated in a West Indies style with bamboo, rataan, and tile floors.
