This home is two levels and 3500 sq feet and a lot of room to spread out. The upper level features a spacious kitchen with a comfortable living room, fireplace and TV complete with all movie chanels. Two king-size bedrooms and one queen bedroom. The large two bedroom lower level has bunk beds in one room (full on bottom and twin on top) and trundles in the other(3 twins total) and a rec room with a full size pool table and a game table perfect for cards or board games adults will love it as much as the kids.
Both levels feature beautiful views of the golf course below and the mountains across the valley. The home is within blocks of the shuttle stop for Powder Mountain and next to the clubhouse with pool and Jacuzzi.
Snow Basin is just across the lake and both of these resorts feature the best terrain in Utah with the least crowds. This area is perfect for the family get away or anyone who wants relax and escape the hustle and parking nightmares of other resorts in the surrounding areas. The home has all the amenities and a garage for your vehicle. Summer activities are abundant with fishing, biking, hiking and two public launches for all the water activities that Pine View Lake provides. Winter activities are plentiful.

Comfort awaits. 1 hour from SLC airport. 15 N to 215 N belt route to 89 N to 84 E to 167 Trappers Loop around the lake and up the 158 to Elkhorn and make a right.
Beautiful 18 holes and Harley and Bucks BBQ mmmgood!
Waterski and wakeboard. Great glassy water. Valley also hosts the Ogden Valley Balloon Fest.
Trappers Retreat allows access to the Clubhouse that has a large jacuzi and pool as well as gym and ping pong. Comfortable couches and flat screen TV.
COme and enjoy Balloon Fest in the summer. Beautiful sight to see!
Owner's Map of Eden
Our family has been skiing and snow boarding in Utah for many years. We prefer the Ogden Valley, Eden and Huntsville, for its low key atmosphere and all the activities the it has to offer. Winter activities are great and we can never spend enough time up here to do all the things we like and summer seems the perfect climate for getting out on Pineview lake as well as beautiful scenic hiking, fishing and just getting away from crowds. When we come back home we are relaxed and it doesn't take long before we start planning our next trip back to Trappers Retreat.
