The upper level features a spacious kitchen with a comfortable living room, fireplace and TV complete with all movie chanels. Two king-size bedrooms and one queen bedroom. The large two bedroom lower level has bunk beds in one room (full on bottom and twin on top) and trundles in the other(3 twins total) and a rec room with a full size pool table and a game table perfect for cards or board games adults will love it as much as the kids.
Both levels feature beautiful views of the golf course below and the mountains across the valley. The home is within blocks of the shuttle stop for Powder Mountain and next to the clubhouse with pool and Jacuzzi.
Snow Basin is just across the lake and both of these resorts feature the best terrain in Utah with the least crowds. This area is perfect for the family get away or anyone who wants relax and escape the hustle and parking nightmares of other resorts in the surrounding areas. The home has all the amenities and a garage for your vehicle. Summer activities are abundant with fishing, biking, hiking and two public launches for all the water activities that Pine View Lake provides. Winter activities are plentiful.
