This 3000 square-foot, Mountain contemporary, designer decorated, four bed/three and a half bath, three story townhouse comfortably sleeps eight and has a private outdoor hot tub!
It is located less than a five minute ride from Main Street in historic Park City. This home
is one of the nicest private rentals in Park City.
There is wireless broadband access. The house has been completely redone with designer décor and beautiful furnishings.
Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, all the amenities a cook would want, a fireplace, a gas grill top, seating for 12, and an outdoor grill on a veranda overlooking Park City and Watasch
mountains!
The master bedroom has a steam shower, indoor Japanese
style Jacuzzi, comfortable king-size bed, 30-inch high definition flat screen TV/DVD, CD player and a private six person outdoor hot tub outside your door. Guest bedrooms each have queen-size beds, TVs, and CD players. There is also a queen-size Murphy bed in living area, which is very comfortable.
Living area has 30-foot ceilings, plush
Natuzzi leather sofas, another beautiful 15-foot flagstone fireplace, 50-inch high definition TV, DVR/DVD, Bose Stereo, and another wrap around balcony overlooking the mountains. Cable service includes high speed internet, HBO, high definition stations, and pay
movies.
Indoor heated two-car garage with built in ski hangers for storage. Park City has a wonderful, free transportation system with a stop two minutes from the front door. Buses run every 20 minutes to take you to Park City and Deer Valley resorts. Please contact me for more pictures.
