As the title says, we want to welcome you to our paradise. We are very proud of our little piece of paradise and have been trying hard to make it a place you will want to come back to again and again. Our condo is one of the nicest ones at Princesa. We have done extensive remodeling (including granite counter tops) and always keep it in good shape and well stocked. We know you wont be disappointed.
Our condominium is on the fourth floor of the highly desired E building of the Princesa de Penasco resort on beautiful "Sandy Beach". The E building is the closest to the ocean of any of the Princesa buildings. As you can see from these photos, the only thing between this condo and the beach is the pool. Every evening, you can enjoy a spectacular ocean sunset from the private balcony. When you stand in the kitchen and look out, all you see is ocean! The view is simply spectacular.
The Princesa resort is very unique in Rocky Point in that the buildings are very spread out resulting in a huge garden like common area. Each building is only five stories high, so you don't get that skyscraper hotel feel. If your looking for a relaxing place to stay, Princesa is it!
This spacious oceanfront two bedroom, two bath condominium sleeps up to six adults. Children are always welcome. Our unit has a full-size stocked kitchen with newly remodeled granite counter tops, individual heat and air-conditioning controls, washer and dryer, hair dryers and daily maid service. The family room includes leather furniture, a stereo with CD/cassette player and each room has a TV/DVD and Dish Network Satellite TV. The entire condo has been freshly painted in the past year and we plan to continually upgrade.

Why the Owner Chose Princesa Resort
We have enjoyed Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) Mexico for over 25 yrs. We decided to invest in this wonderful community and specifically the Princesa resort because it is a unique resort in Rocky Point. It has a much more relaxed and family friendly atmosphere than many of the other resorts. It does not have the "high rise hotel" feel that many of the newer resorts have.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is ocean front, so the views are fantastic. We enjoy hanging out on the beach and the pool. The atmosphere is just so relaxing and very family friendly.
Our Condo (E402) is in the E building which is on right nearest to the beach.

The title wraps it up! This condo was just as described. All the comforts of home except with better views! Truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends. I will definitely return. I brought my 16 year old step daughter and her friend. They loved the ipod docking station! Nice touch. It's all the little things this condo has that makes it so great. Nothing has been overlooked. Well once again our stay at Camp Condo was absolutley amazing. This year we brought along some new friends and they loved it! The condo was very clean and cozy and completely furnished with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The grounds were well kept and the staff was exceptional. While we were there, we had the chance to visit some of the other condos and to no surprise, this has been our best experience, Love it! We are once again going back May 2011 and cant wait to enjoy a little of paradise.

We have painted the kitchen cabinets, there is new bedding in the guest bedroom, and have a new window covering on the patio door/window. We visited Rocky Point in July for our second visit to E402 and it was fabulous! Love the upgrades to the bathroom - and dishwasher. We especially enjoyed your selection of Music - you name it, you have it!!! We watched the MLB All Star Game on your Dish network - all the comforts of home!!! We want to thank all of our guests for renting from us and their kind words. We have made a few improvements this past winter. We have installed a nice glass shower enclosure in the guest bathroom, a new dishwasher, and Dish Network Satellite TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Another Day in Paradise pretty much sums it all up! The Camp's condo was much more that we dreamed it would be. We booked our reservation several months ago thinking that it would be just another trip to the beach but when we walked in the front door,we knew right away that we were in for a real treat! We felt like we were in our summer home away from home that we've never had. The accomodations were excellant and the service in and around the grounds were top notch. We felt very safe with the awesome security and enjoyed every night with the ocean breeze blowing through the open windows. It was beautifully decorated with a very cozy accent. We spent every morning and every evening on the balcony enjoying the sunrise and especially the sunset. On this trip, we took our kids and Ed's mom( I didn't think we were ever going to pry her away from the condo!. She did not want to go.)All of us can't thank you enough for opening up a little piece of heaven for us to enjoy. We look forward to many more visits in the future. It's on our list as the very best! This is the best vacation paradise!!! We stayed at the Camp's condo for 5 nights and were not ready to leave. It had everything we needed plus more. We came with 3 other families who were all on the fourth floor in other condos. They were all nice, but the Camp's in E402 definitely outshines the others! Our whole family (teenagers included) enjoyed everything about the Princesa - the food at the Agave Grill is excellent, pools and ocean view are spectacular! The kids loved riding the banana boats and playing in the water. We found Rocky Point to be a safe and friendly place to visit. Thanks Camp family for "Just Another Day in Paradise!"

This condo is absolutely great in appearance, location, and has everything you need to have an enjoyable and comfortable vacation. We came for an adult trip to "get away" from all worries and it was perfect, Next we will return with our children for a family vacation since this condo is perfect for them as well. The Camps are very nice to deal with and we thank them for allowing us to stay in their paradise.

I've had the pleasure of staying in this condo on several occasions. The Princesa is a beautiful beach front resort located on a picturesque stretch of Sandy Beach. I even saw dolphins swimming from the veranda on my last stay! Paradise truly sums up the view from the moment you open the condo's front door. If you want to escape for a night, weekend, week or longer you will find all the luxury and comforts you need in this condo. The Camps have definetly gone all out to make your vacation a memorable one. I look forward to future stays!
