  Just back from 5 nights at condo property 119502. The condo was as advertised and exceeded our expectations with a great oceanview from the 4th floor. Probably one of the closest units to the pool and beach in the entire resort. The Princessa del Penasco is only 5 floor high where most of the other resorts are 7-10 or more floors and not as busy as the other resorts but still maintaining many of the same amenities. The Princessa has one of the better gardens adjacent to the 3 pools and is comparable in appeance to many of the resortsI have visited in the Caribbean and Hawaii. The beds were very comfortable and granite counters beautiful. I did not try the pullout sleeper sofa. Teh onsite restaurant (Adobe Grill) is more of a snack shop and makes gret Nachos Grandes but is very busy at 4 PM happy hour and slow. Security is tight too. Eventhough it was Semana Santa in Rocky Point, the resort and beachside was not packed as I expected. The weekends were busier but overall, a very quiet and desirable resort and easy to get to old town Rocky Point. The owners were very responsive in answering my pre arrival questions and the saving booking thorugh VRBO is 25% (I think) of walk in visitors. I rate this condo as excellent and plan to return on our next visit.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  Your condo was perfect - comfortable, clean and well supplied. The location was picturesque - great view of ocean, sunset, the tides. Rocky Point is a scenic wonderland of terrific beaches, warm water and manageable crowds.

  As first time visitors to Mexico, our family of five (my wife and I, plus our three kids), we quite excited to go and experience Rocky Point. We found our suite online and it looked very promising in the pictures. In reality it was even better. Being on the forth floor allowed us to see for miles and appreciate the spectacular sunsets each night. Our condo looked west and was close to the beach, so as to be able to see the tides roll in and out. The condo was clean and well appointed - loved some of he local touches in decor. The owners were very helpful, and provided quick responses to our questions. We will definately stay in this unit again on our future trips to Rocky Point.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  was the greeting on the wall, as we entered the condo, so it became our motto for the trip. Great view from the balcony, and a short walk to the water made this stay wonderfully enjoyable. We fished (with great success) in Choya Bay, had lunch on the malecon and sat on the patio in the evenings to relax and listen to the waves roll in. It was perfect, and I highly recommend this condo, the owner is friendly and only there to help answer any questions and accommodate you as best he can.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  The title wraps it up! This condo was just as described. All the comforts of home except with better views! Truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends. I will definitely return. I brought my 16 year old step daughter and her friend. They loved the ipod docking station! Nice touch. It's all the little things this condo has that makes it so great. Nothing has been overlooked. Thanks again!

  Well once again our stay at Camp Condo was absolutley amazing. This year we brought along some new friends and they loved it! The condo was very clean and cozy and completely furnished with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The grounds were well kept and the staff was exceptional. While we were there, we had the chance to visit some of the other condos and to no surprise, this has been our best experience, Love it! We are once again going back May 2011 and cant wait to enjoy a little of paradise.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Owner response: Hi Donna, Thanks for your kind remarks. As always, we love to hear from repeat guests. We have made some more improvements since your stay. We have painted the kitchen cabinets, there is new bedding in the guest bedroom, and have a new window covering on the patio door/window. In addition, the resort is in the process of upgrading the wireless internet equipment, so the signal strength and connectivity should be much better.   We visited Rocky Point in July for our second visit to E402 and it was fabulous! Love the upgrades to the bathroom - and dishwasher. We especially enjoyed your selection of Music - you name it, you have it!!! We watched the MLB All Star Game on your Dish network - all the comforts of home!!!   We want to thank all of our guests for renting from us and their kind words. We have made a few improvements this past winter. We have installed a nice glass shower enclosure in the guest bathroom, a new dishwasher, and Dish Network Satellite TV in the living room and both bedrooms. No more bad reception :) Hope you enjoy "Our Paradise" as much as we do.

  Another Day in Paradise pretty much sums it all up! The Camp's condo was much more that we dreamed it would be. We booked our reservation several months ago thinking that it would be just another trip to the beach but when we walked in the front door,we knew right away that we were in for a real treat! We felt like we were in our summer home away from home that we've never had. The accomodations were excellant and the service in and around the grounds were top notch. We felt very safe with the awesome security and enjoyed every night with the ocean breeze blowing through the open windows. It was beautifully decorated with a very cozy accent. We spent every morning and every evening on the balcony enjoying the sunrise and especially the sunset. On this trip, we took our kids and Ed's mom( I didn't think we were ever going to pry her away from the condo!. She did not want to go.)All of us can't thank you enough for opening up a little piece of heaven for us to enjoy. We look forward to many more visits in the future. It's on our list as the very best!   We stayed in this condo in April. The views were great!! The condo was very nice and clean. We had a great experience. This was our first experience with renting on VRBO, and it was great. The owners were awesome! We would stay there again.

  This is the best vacation paradise!!! We stayed at the Camp's condo for 5 nights and were not ready to leave. It had everything we needed plus more. We came with 3 other families who were all on the fourth floor in other condos. They were all nice, but the Camp's in E402 definitely outshines the others! Our whole family (teenagers included) enjoyed everything about the Princesa - the food at the Agave Grill is excellent, pools and ocean view are spectacular! The kids loved riding the banana boats and playing in the water. We found Rocky Point to be a safe and friendly place to visit. Thanks Camp family for "Just Another Day in Paradise!"

  This condo is absolutely great in appearance, location, and has everything you need to have an enjoyable and comfortable vacation. We came for an adult trip to "get away" from all worries and it was perfect, Next we will return with our children for a family vacation since this condo is perfect for them as well. The Camps are very nice to deal with and we thank them for allowing us to stay in their paradise.

  I've had the pleasure of staying in this condo on several occasions. The Princesa is a beautiful beach front resort located on a picturesque stretch of Sandy Beach. I even saw dolphins swimming from the veranda on my last stay! Paradise truly sums up the view from the moment you open the condo's front door. If you want to escape for a night, weekend, week or longer you will find all the luxury and comforts you need in this condo. The Camps have definetly gone all out to make your vacation a memorable one. I look forward to future stays!

  What a wonderful condo for a family getaway. Our family of 5 loved the layout and the location of the condo, not to mention the views!Right on the beach, over looking both the pool and the ocean, this very nicely appointed condo has everything you need to feel at home.The condo was comfortable furnished with nice accessories. The rooms were very good size and the kitchen was very functional with everything you needed.Plenty of places to sit and a lovely balcony with chairs and table for drinks, eating or working on the internet (the best wireless connection in the condo).The Camp’s were very helpful and responsive to all our questions and needs.We will be back again!

  We have just listed our condo on VRBO within the last week. We are trying very hard to make our condo a place you will want to return to again and again. We have already done many upgrades since we purchased it and plan to continually improve it. We hope your enjoy it as much as we do.
