Front of house - Costa Rica Vacation Rental House When we first saw this house, we fell in love with the spirit and decided to share it with others. We call it the "Sunset House" because the sunsets from the master bedroom balcony are specatular and you will want to reserve a time every evening to bask in the orange glow. Our unique three bedroom ocean view home provides superb relaxation and vacationing at an amazing price. With 2000 square feet of living area you'll have plenty of room to sit, or read, or talk, or just gaze at the turquoise blue ocean views from in or outside our home. Our infiniti pool has plenty of room for you and/or your kids along with a full ocean view. It's a short drive to the three pristine "private" beaches where the water is crystal clear, the marine life abounds, and you can truly experience the spirit of Costa Rica. Minutes away in Playa Del Coco you'll find plenty of Ticos selling their hand made wares as well as other shopping for your pleasure. In addition, Coco has more than enough nightlife, including a Casino. Fine restaurants and a "Blue Star" beach are also an easy drive to the north in Playa Hermosa. We have eaten at "Ginger," which features Asian style cuisine and "La Finestera," featuring excellent seafood and other superb menu items and you will find them to equal to any restaurant anywhere. We are 20 minutes by excellent roads from Liberia (LIR)Daniel Oduber airport, which now receives direct flights from LAX by Delta Air as well as direct flights from many other major airports. Excellent surfing is only 40 minutes away in Tamarindo or Playa Grande and a "zipline" is within 25 minutes. 50% deposit to hold; $300 security deposit; $50 cleaning cost;$75 dog fee
