In the heart of Tuscany, on top of a hill dominating a panoramic view of the surroundings, the holiday villa offers the possibility of relaxing in a peaceful and lovely countryside, immersed in the green of hundreds of olive trees but near the historical centres of Florence, Pisa and Siena and others medieval towns like Certaldo, S.Gimignano and Volterra.
In the tastefully furnished interiors, with beamed ceilings, tiled floorings, old restored doors and windows, guests can breathe the atmosphere of the old Tuscan country houses, without giving up the modern comforts.
The villa can accommodate comfortably up to ten persons and in addition, there are five extra places on sofa beds.
Interiors are composed as follows:
Ground Floor - large kitchen-dining room, double bedroom, full bathroom with shower, loggia.
First Italian Floor - large living room, kitchen area, one master bedroom, one twin bedroom, two full bathrooms with Jacuzzi tub and shower.
Second Floor - kitchen ( separate room ), large dining-living room with open fireplace, one master bedroom, one twin bedroom, two full bathrooms with Jacuzzi tub and shower, terrace overlooking the countryside.
The villa is equipped with central heating, satellite TV, modern stainless-steel household appliances, three refrigerators with freezer, microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, laundry room and ironing equipment.
The lovely outdoor garden is furnished with table and chairs; few meters down is the pool 5 x 10 meters.
Private parking is available.
Within a short distance guests can find a wide choice of Tuscan restaurants, supermarket, shops and wineries.
Highly recommended is a dinner prepared at home by the chef Signora Carla, an excellent Tuscan cook. For 25 to 30 Euro, she will serve an abundant meal with different appetizers, two first courses, one or two main courses, dessert and wine. |
