Located between the Catskill and Shawangunk Mountains, Blackberry Barn's unique architecture features a beautifully preserved turn-of-the-century barn renovated into lofted living and sleeping spaces.

The Barn is minutes from Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park, and a quick drive from New Paltz, Rosendale, High Falls, Woodstock, and Stone Ridge.

This beautiful area offers access to excellent outdoor activities and has many great restaurants, galleries, and shopping. The Gunks feature some of the best rock climbing in the country.

Blackberry Barn sleeps six, and is available year-round at reasonable rates.

Amenities	Linens Provided: Linens may be provided for a small additional fee. Off Street Parking Wood Fireplace: Gorgeous hand built stone and brick fireplace
Beds	Double Bed (2) Convertible Bed: Hayloft on third floor contains a futon couch that easily converts to a double bed.
Entertainment	TV (No Cable/Satellite) (2) DVD VCR (2) Video Library: We have collected a large and eclectic selection of VHS videos that are sure to satisfy everyone's tastes. We've ensured that the collection includes a sizable number of kid-appropriate videos. Video Game Console: Atari system, for those looking for a little flash from the past. CD Player Stereo System Music Library: In keeping with the Barn's simple & old-school style, we have a stereo system complete with record player and large record selection. Private Pool: The Barn has a private one acre pond on the property.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator: Full size fridge and freezer. Dishwasher Microwave
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill (3) Deck/Patio: Large yard with lots of patio chairs, table, grill and space for the periodic pickup game of soccer, badmitton or football.
View/Location	Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: The area by the pond also has a large seating area, and is complete with a fire pit and BBQ grill of its own.
Other Amenities	Private pond within feet of the barn with canoe provided for guest use.
Suitability	Pet Friendly: Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $15/day per dog. Sorry, no cats. Handicapped Accessible: Only one step to access entire first floor Wheelchair Accessible: See above Kid Friendly: The barn is lofted with open access between all floors. Parents with young children should review pictures of property prior to making a reservation. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: You must be 18 years or older to secure a reservation. Smoking Not Allowed: Ashtrays are provided for guest outside use.
