Located between the Catskill and Shawangunk Mountains, Blackberry Barn's unique architecture features a beautifully preserved turn-of-the-century barn renovated into lofted living and sleeping spaces.
The Barn is minutes from Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park, and a quick drive from New Paltz, Rosendale, High Falls, Woodstock, and Stone Ridge.
This beautiful area offers access to excellent outdoor activities and has many great restaurants, galleries, and shopping. The Gunks feature some of the best rock climbing in the country.
Blackberry Barn sleeps six, and is available year-round at reasonable rates.

- Pet Friendly: Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $15/day per dog. Sorry, no cats.

- Kid Friendly: While the Barn is VERY child friendly, we do caution that the barn is lofted with open access between all floors. Parents with young children should review pictures of property prior to making a reservation. We have lots of games, movies and books appropriate for children of all ages. We also have a pack and play, high chair, and child-friendly dishware available for guest use.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: You must be 18 years or older to secure a reservation.

- The Barn is a 10 minute drive from Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Preserve, which have some of the best rock climbing available nationally. This area also features excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities.
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Nightly Rates - $190/night(weekday); $240/night(weekend)
Weekly Rates- $990/week (off season); $1200/week (peak season)
Maximum occupancy allowed is 6 people.
Rates are for up to 4, add $25 per person per night over 4 people.
There is an additional one-time $50 cleaning fee for all stays.
Guests may bring their own linens, or we can provide them for $10 per person.
