WEEKEND RESERVATIONS: Wyndham has a 2 night minimum. Everyone thinks about Las Vegas for a last minute weekend getaway. That is why 2 and 3 night weekend stays book up quickly. Even though the calender shows availability, Wyndham may not allow it. 2 Night Stays are booked using the units set aside for Friday check in. 3 Night stays are booked using the units set aside for Sunday check out. If there are only Saturday checkin/checkout units, it will require a 4 night stay checking in Thursday and out Monday (2 nts out of one week and 2 nights out of the next week). Because of Wyndham's required guest fee of $99 to $129, short stays seem even more expensive.

2 Night Weekend (Friday and Saturday) - Two Bedroom Deluxe = $929. $680 with 30% discount.
3 Night Weekend Thur, Fri, or Sat checkin = $1169 $848 with 30% discount.

2 Nights Midweek - Sunday Through Thursday = $579. $435 with 30% discount.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
The Two Bedroom units have a king bed in the master bedroom and two DOUBLE beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is at the other end of the condo and has a full bath.
TIMESHARE PRESENTATION: NO
LOCATION: The resort is .8 miles from the strip. It takes 5 minutes on the shuttle to the strip, about 10 minutes to downtown. No shuttle to or from the airport.
SIZE OF ROOMS: The rooms are approximately 1200 Square Feet to 1400 Square Feet, depending upon the layout, deluxe or lock-off.
RESORT AMENITIES: The rooms are beautiful, 5 star luxury hotel quality, but larger. There are three beautiful pools, 3 hot tubs, multiple patios, outdoor games, a masseuse, exercise equipment, a deli on site, game room, videos, etc. Or you can just use the room to sleep.
NUMBER OF NIGHTS:
ADVANCE Reservations may be made for 3, 4, OR 7 night stays if check in or check out is on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
90 DAYS OR LESS TO CHECK IN: At 90 days or less to check in, Wyndham relaxes the reservation requirements, and reservations can be made for any check in day with a minimum of two nights.

DISCOUNTS:
The regular rate applies to advance reservations (more than 60 days to check in). Half the amount is due at the time of renting. The other half is due 60 days before check in.
30% DISCOUNT: For advance reservations (more than 60 days away), if you pay the entire rental amount at the time of renting, I will give you a 30% discount.
50% DISCOUNT: Reservations made less than 60 days before the check in date will automatically receive the 50% discount. These must be paid if full at the time of renting. HOWEVER, availability is very limited within the 60 day discount window, especially for weekends.

Owner Description
We bought our first timeshare in 2004 to go on our 25th wedding anniversary. It grew from there. We look forward to retiring in a few years and traveling extensively. Until then, we rent out our extra vacation time. I have also developed a co-op with a few other Wyndham owners and help them rent their also. I used to be a college professor, but I quit to be a mom to my kids. I now teach occasionally, part time. But this keeps me busy.
