This is the Grand Desert Resort, one of the most luxurious resorts owned by Wyndham (formerly Fairfield). The resort is just blocks from the strip. But it has a shuttle that goes to the strip and downtown. It takes 5 minutes on the shuttle to the strip, about 10 minutes to downtown. No shuttle to or from the airport.
The rooms are beautiful, 5 star luxury hotel quality, but larger. There are three beautiful pools, 3 hot tubs, multiple patios, outdoor games, a masseuse, exercise equipment, a deli on site, game room, videos, etc. Or you can just use the room to sleep. PRIVATE HOMES DO NOT HAVE THESE AMENITIES!
PLEASE NOTE: The normal length of stay is 7 days (1 week). Reservations may also be made for 3 or 4 night stays if check in or check out is on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. It is possible to make reservations that differ from these requirements. However, availability for "odd" stays is often limited.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. This is not a house or a hotel; it is a timeshare resort. As such, it does not have maid service or room service.
2. My prices are firm. I do not give discounts based upon the idea it is better to rent at a discount than to leave it vacant. It does not make any difference to me if it remains vacant. The resort sets the prices they charge me. When they discount their units for reservations made 60 days or less before check-in, so do I.
3. I do not give discounts based upon multiple units. I still have to pay the same price whether you rent 1 or 20.
4. The availability calender simply shows whether or not there is ANY availability. Many times, for last minute reservations, there is availability, but only in a small one bedroom unit. Just because the calender shows availability does not mean all size units are available.

They do have activities for kids there, but we have never taken our kids to this resort. So I don't know anything about the activities.
