THIS CORNER UNIT - 1400 square feet - has a great view of the lake, golf course, bridge, and gazebo. The second floor condominium has plenty of room for up to six guests. The den has been converted to a third bedroom with two twin beds. It is very quiet with lots of wildlife to view.
The common area features Naples Heritage Country Club which includes a full restaurant, bar, banquet facilities, and health club. Also included with this unit is unlimited use of the 18-hole golf course.
The condominium was built in 1998, and is clean and bright.

Wonderful, Spacious Place to Stay
Staying here for a week in December 2011, I have to admit that the property exceeded our expectations in every way. With the office converted to an additional bedroom, six people could very easily and comfortably stay here. Being on the corner, the unit gets plenty of light, offers a wonderful screened-in balcony/patio, and was extremely quiet. The community swimming pool is nearly at your footsteps, and a beautiful view of a waterfront gazebo and the golf course make for wonderful bird watching. Our only regret is that our stay wasn't longer!

Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.
Owner response: Our unit continues to be very well maintained. I make it a point to come down every year and add new ammenities and replace anything worn. We just installed a new high end A/C unit by Rheem and added more cable channels from Comcast. The Lanai and porch have just been painted. We welcome new tenants to come down and stay here. Once you do, you will be back.

Dear Guests, I've owned this Terrace for almost 10 years now and we just finised remodeling the whole unit. We repainted, put up crown molding and replaced all the furniture. The comfort level has gone up dramatically. It looks great and the view is spectacular. I know if you decided to stay here you'd definately return the following season.

Jan - Mar ............... $3600/month. Apr - May .. $650/week .. $2500/month. Jun - Oct .. $500/week .. $1800/month. Nov - Dec .. $650/week .. $2500/month. If you play golf their is a one time $250 transfer fee There is a $100 cleaning fee that is paid upon acceptance. To reserve a stay, $500 is required at time of booking. The minimum stay is (2)weeks. Weekly stays do not apply to Jan/Feb/Mar.

Why the Owner Chose Naples Heritage:
We chose to buy here 11 years ago because of the close proximity to the beach along with the Championship style golf course and country club. Our view is the best view in the community facing the 8th green, lake, gazebo and bridge. The community is kept up to date and very clean. The people are very friendly and considerate. I really enjoy the property when we're able to come down in the off season.
