Mermadia is located in Gulf Pines which is a beach front community adjacent to the Sandestin Resort that offers approximately 1400 feet of private beach area. Mermadia is a Southern style beach home and sits high on a hill approximately 100 yards from the gulf of Mexico. The second and third floors offer relaxing views of the ocean. You'll love the three stories of wrap-around porches with gulf breezes and views. This bright, airy home is 4 bedrooms and a tower room, which sleeps 10 very comfortably. It is almost 3000 square feet of featuring brand new furniture, stainless steel appliances, large kitchen with island, and bamboo floors. Enjoy the gas grill in this private setting. Just steps to the beautiful sugar white beaches.

When you stay at Mermaidia, you will have access to a Private beach and a small community lake and park! But if you want more, we have that too!
Passes to Sandestin Hilton Beach and Spa can bring additional perks to your vacation. These passes are optional and can be paid for after your arrival. Passes are $100/week for a family. This includes two adults and two children bewteen 16 and 18 years old. Children under the age of 18 are NOT subject to guest fees. Children under 16 are welcome at the pool area but are not allowed in the spa. The Hilton is approx 1.5 miles from the beach house. It takes 5 to 10 minutes by car.

Passes to Sandestin Beach Club can make your vacation complete! (These passes are optional and must be paid for, in full, upon arrival.) (Passes are $14.00 per person daily, 4 days for $42.00, 7 days for $70.00.) There are NO refunds or 'rain checks' for inclement weather. Sandestin Beach Club- Access to: *The gulf-side pool (& kid pool) & cabanas. *Pool & beach services. *Gulf-side dining. *The tram (resort-wide transportation service). * 3 championship golf courses. *A Marina where kayaks, canoes, etc. can be rented.
