The bed sizes for the first floor are 1 queen ,and 2 twin beds The second floor has the main entrance, with a washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. One has a private bath and a queen bed. The other 2 share a bath in the hall, and they have a queen and full/twin bunk. All bedrooms have a deck. Third floor is a open living area, with a gas fireplace. A modern kitchen and dining area share this floor. There is a balcony off both the kitchen and living area. The master suite is located on the entire 4th floor. The bath has a large jetted tub and shower. There is a king size bed in this room.
