Completely remodeled, three bedroom plus game room that has a sofa bed, three baths. Amazing Beach and Gulf Views. It is in the exclusive Island beach resort community of Navarre Beach, Florida.
Navarre Beach is a tranquil Santa Rosa Island community with beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal blue water. It is very common to see Dolphins and other marine life from our condominium's balcony. Are you tired of crowds and traffic of Panama City Beach? Navarre Beach is the best choice if you are truly looking for a quiet retreat from hustle bustle of other nearby beaches. (Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach and Destin are few minutes driving distance from Navarre).

Location:
Beach House is located at Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island which is 12 miles long and is located between Pensacola Beach and Fort Walton off of Highway 98. There is a bridge that connects Navarre Beach to the mainland. There are no tolls to use this bridge.
We keep things very clean and only want renters who feel the same way! No Pets Allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the Balcony. Taxes and Cleaning fees additional.
Please ask owner for Studio Rental Prices... The studio features one bedroom, living room, as well as Kitchenette (fully furnished) with refrigerator, microwave, and oven). It sleeps two.

Mr Sunshine beach house was everything we could have hoped for. It was so clean and furnished with all the things we could have needed. My daughter wanted a beach wedding and my husband and I were able to provide all the things she wanted for her wedding and this was due in a big part to all the convinces provided. Especially the location all we had to do was walk across the street and we were on the beach. We never ran out of hot water and there were plenty of towels and linens for everyone. The owners were so helpful and patient with all my questions. The price was very affordable and believe me I did a lot of research before renting a place to hold my daughter's wedding. We also were able to make some really beautiful wedding photo's. Thanks for helping us provide our daughter with a very beautiful wedding.

Some close family friends and I took a trip in the middle of May and were in awe of the space that was available in the house. Each room was nicely furnished and all of the amenities provided were gratefully appreciated, right down to hair dryers and most importantly, linens and towels! We had an amazing time fishing with the poles provided and the beach was so close, we had no qualms making trips back and forth from the house to the sand. The housekeepers were friendly and more than accommodating, and it was such a great place with an unbelievable price!

While making Beach Vacation '07 photo books for our family members' Christmas gifts, I got the pure pleasure of remembering our summer week at Mr. Sunshine! Our entire family stayed togther...my brother and his wife and teenage children, my husband and I with our own grown children, and my parents...12 of us in all! We were so very comfortable and happy with the house, the furnishings, the electronics, and especially the setting. We crossed the street and felt as though we had the whole (beautiful, clean, quiet) beach to ourselves. The water was gorgeous...tranquil and perfect! We never even moved our belongings at night...we left chairs, towels, fishing poles (YES, we caught fish right there!), and our other "beach stuff" on our own little beach spot. What a vacation! We will positively be back. The owner, by the way, was extremely friendly and available. He even met us when we passed through Atlanta to give us a PlayStation for the house since he knew we had our "twenty-somethings" kids with us!
