Our home is right on a beautiful wide beach in Boca Grande, a charming beach community often compared to Nantucket. Boca Grande Shores, on the south beach, is the most perfect location on the island. This beach is your own for fishing, shelling, sunning or beach walks. Spectacular sunsets are a nightly event.
Boca Grande Shores #7 is a house on stilts with spectacular views of the Gulf and a private, uninterrupted beach to the north and south. With accommodations for up to six guests (king, queen, 2 twins), your perfect tropical beach vacation will include everything you would expect... plus, extra touches that will add to your convenience, comfort, and enjoyment. You are also within easy walking distance to town shops and restaurants.
The furnishings are very comfortable and inviting. The master bedroom is the full second floor with a sitting area and a large bath with an oversize tub and separate walk-in shower. Well equipped NEW KITCHEN was completely renovated (Fall '08) with state of the art appliances, cabinets, counters. Bathrooms were renovated in 2008 and 2011 with new fixtures, cabinets, showers and tile.
The view from the porch is wonderful on a sunny day, when a storm is approaching and, most of all, at sunset.
Our home is perfect for couples or a family. Grandma and Grandpa will love to have the grandkids down to visit. Everything you imagine in a great beach home is here. Bring your swim suit and flip flops and you will have a great vacation! After a day at the beach, enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sun set and later drift off to sleep to the soothing sounds of the gentle surf.

We visited Boca Grande for 15 years before we bought our home. We wanted a place right on the beach where our daughter would love to come back to year after year.
We will add another memory in 2012 as our daughter will be married here.

This is Paradise as far as we are concerned and we want to be able to share this island that we love.

My family just came back from Boca Grande & loved it. The home has a wonderful location. very close to the ocean(200 yards) & pool (50 yards). we had 6 people stay & the home worked very well. very comfortable. nice kitchen & living area. very minor drawbacks including not much privacy in the upstairs master area & a spiral staircase to get upstairs. we would definetley go back. best vacation home we have rented.

We spent three weeks at this property in May. After a long flight from the UK and arrival in the dark opening the door to the property revealed a clean, well maintained and nice lay out. The next morning after a good nights sleep the WOW factor kicks in, the beach was our back yard and at sun up there is nobody around, even during the day you see very few people. We Barbecued and watched the sun go down most nights. The guys had a ball fishing from the beach, hooking up on sharks (5ft the largest), Stingray (largest 4ft across),and Tarpon they failed to beach. We saw Dolphin & Tarpon every day and a real surprise was seeing a manatee cruising up the shore line. We saw Osprey picking fish from the surf and there were two Leather backs that came up and laid their eggs (we did not see this happen but saw the result next day). Fox News were down to report on nesting birds where the beach was sectioned off to protect them and some pathetic property owner was complaining he had to walk around the demarcated area to get to the shore ( a full 50 yards extra to walk!). If you like nature, fishing, beach, and peace and quiet with wonderful sunsets then this is the place for you.

Sue-We just returned from Boca Grande, and I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much we loved staying in BGS #7! We had an absolutely wonderful time, and I have to tell you that your website doesn’t do your place justice – it was so much better than the pictures! My entire extended family (about 150 people) were in Boca Grande for a reunion to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday, most of them staying at the Gasparilla Inn, and everyone agreed, after seeing your place, that we had the best situation. My kids loved the beach and the pool and riding in the golf cart, there was plenty of room for people to gather and visit, dinners on the deck watching the sunsets were unforgettable, and waking up to the views and sounds of the ocean was heavenly. I also want to compliment you on how well your unit was equipped – we wanted for nothing!Thank you so much, and we look forward to returning for another visit – how far in advance does the month of March rent? Amy
