This is a newly furnished, 1845-square-foot unit in a brand-new building erected by WCI. The style of the development is similar to the well known Pelican Bay, except that it is about 20 years younger.
Every aspect of the development is first class. The expansive grounds are beautifully landscaped, with plenty of open green space, ponds, fountains, flowers etc. Free boating is available on site. You need a state permit (available on-line) to fish. A large regional mall has opened on the other side of 41, just minutes away.
The Hyatt is a ten minute walk from Navona, and that is where you catch the boat to the private island beach club. A unique and lovely touch. Navona is a convenient 20 minutes from the regional airport in Ft. Myers.
