This home has the distinct feel of a mountain cabin with many upgrades to make you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home. We've stocked the kitchen with so many "basics"... Coffee, sugar, creamer, salt/pepper, microwave popcorn, etc. so that you need only bring the main ingredients. Beds are freshly made for you upon arrival and to keep the mountain chill away, we will have the house warmed for you.
Bring friends along with you and take advantage of our two car garage to protect your cars from the freezing snow.
Just minutes from the ski slopes and lake, you will arrive at your destination in no time to enjoy your day, whether it be skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, or just kicking back.
Don't give in to all those other rentals demanding fees for this and fees for that. We request only the rental fees, (minimum two nights) with a refundable deposit just days after checkout, assuming all is left as you found it.

This cabin had all the qualities that my friends and I were looking for. It was clean and cozy, and everything that we needed was provided. There was enough room for my group of 10 with sleeping bags.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The cabin/home came as advertised. In fact, even nicer than the description and the website pictures. Very cozy. Lots of room. Clean. Great kitchen. And Peggy was terrific to deal with. In fact, a friend of mine left a notebook with some important information in it. Her cleaning person found it and Peggy returned it to us. We would absolutely come back next time we ski in Big Bear.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is comfortable for our family of 7 plus 3 dogs. Peggy is a delight to work with and very accommodating. Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to stay during the summer some time. Highly recommend this vacation rental.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We loved our 2 day ski vacation at this house. The fireplace was so cozy and warmed up the whole house. The kids loved having hot chocolate by the fire and they also LOVED the electric blankets, the popcorn and the video library. The bed was so comfortable and Peggy was so great to work with. This will be our little place from now on when we ski. Thanks again!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We've always wanted to spend Christmas in Big Bear and finally did in 2009. We stayed in this lovely cabin and had a wonderful time! The fenced yard was perfect for our 2 four legged "babies" and we were so happy we could bring them along. The kids enjoyed the snow and the home had all the pans/dishes etc. that we needed to make a fabulous Christmas dinner. The cabin was decorated for the holidays and was very cozy. Peggy was so kind and wonderful to work with. We hope to definitely stay again sometime!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

What a wonderful place to stay. It was spacious and comfortable for my family of 4 adults and 3 children. It was close to the ski slopes. We did not notice any noise from the highway. The cabin contained everything we possibly could have needed and was very clean. Peggy was wonderful to deal with. We will positively stay here again.Did you find this review helpful? Once again, we had a fantastic time at this lovely home in the mountains. Even though the weather outside was cold and snowy, this vacation home was so warm, cozy, and well-equipped that we felt like we were in heaven! We will definitely come back again and again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We had a wonderful time during our stays. The cabin is so unique we love all the little stuff in the house. Although it wasn't snowing when we were there but the mountain was covered by snow and my nephew who is eight years old was so excited to see the snow and for sure had so much fun. We believe we will definitely go back soon. Lee's familyDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
