Our property is located on the Gulf of Mexico. Our beautiful beaches have sugar white sand. We own two condos overlooking the beach: #400 and top floor #700.
Both condos feature two bedrooms and two full baths. We're located on the seventh and fourth floors overlooking the pool and directly on the beach. Both units are decorated with five star amenities, beautiful colors, and quality furniture. Our balconies have plenty of space with nice outdoor furniture that allows you to see over the railing to view the beach and see the children play.
We have many golf courses within a 20 mile radius. We have great restaurants located on Oklaloosa Island. The charter boats for deep sea fishing are just ten minutes from the condos. The shopping mall is only 15 minutes away.
