This was a great place to stay and we will happily rent again. The place was exactly as described. The owner offered great communication every step of the way. We loved the condo and resort -what a pool! Our dogs and daughter thoroughly enjoyed their vacation too! Thank you for an excellent place to call home for a week!

Wow! This beach rental was fabulous. The property is well-maintained and clean. It provides lots of room and the owner ensures the rental is well-stocked with needed items. It is close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend it!

My family and I (6 of us) had a wonderful time at this villa. The view was gorgeous and the villa was extremely clean and modern. We had every luxury we could ask for and Barefoot Landing is just gorgeous. My children loved the pool and our doggie loved being on vacation with us. Thank you for the wonderful rental!

Good Afternoon Rich, A short note to say 'thank you' for sharing your Mrytle Beach condo with us the week of October 10-17th....although this year the weather was less than what we'd hoped for - nothing you can do about that! - as in the past we still very much enjoyed being able to return after a day out and about, to your warm location in Barefoot Landing - Havens. We stayed at this condo last week. This was a wonderful place to stay and we had everything that we needed, we will happily rent again. The place was exactly as described and immaculately clean. The owner offered great communication and customer service. The pizzeria/restaurant at the driving range on Barefoot Resort (next to Golf Dimensions) has excellent food! Highly recommend the condo, the resort, the restaurant and of course Barefoot golf courses are some of the best in Myrtle Beach. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed their vacation too, the dog bed in the condo was a very nice touch. Thank you for an excellent place to stay!

This place was very nice and well kept. The view behind hole 9 was great. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were close to everything. I plan on staying there again in the future.

The condo was perfect and in a great location, we enjoyed our stay, and wished we could stay longer. The owner left dog treats, a pet bed, and bowls, what I nice surprise. We will stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great condo.

We enjoyed our stay here at the Havens! It was very quiet and comfy; nice NOT to be in a hotel for a change! We hit both pools this week, the beach every morning for a long walk with our dog, Cooper and many nice restaurants. We took many mid-day naps in front of the sliding window since the room was flooded with sunshine which our dog loved. Its time to head back home but we would definitely stay here again!... We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your condo. It was very comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed our view of the 9th hole. The location was fabulous. We had a great time! Thank you for allowing us to stay here, and allowing our dog to join us. The condo is absolutely gorgeous! I said to my dad "this place is nicer than my apartment; I wouldn’t mind just living here." The beds are so comfy and whoever is your decorator should stay around because it's beautiful. The dog gave his stamp of approval by sleeping most of the time too. We had a great time and would love to come back.

What an enjoyable time we had. Felt right at home. Very comfy place. Very nice complex and met some very nice people. We liked it so much, we rented a three bedroom in August when we bring our kids and grand kids down. We’ve been doing that for years and I know they will enjoy the pool and the guys the golf course. Thank you for the use of your lovely condo for the past six weeks. Very quiet location and very relaxing. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the golfers trying to hit the green of the 9th hole of the Norman Course. Very clean and comfortable. Ace location, especially overlooking the golf hole, a nice par 5. You are convienent to good eating, the ocean and golf (Azalea Sands, Beachwood, Arcadian Shores). This is a great place to vacation with family. My wife two teenage kids and I had a blast at this condo. It was refreshing to be in a reasonably priced place that was clean and pest free.I would recommend staying here to anyone. Plenty of things to do close by. I just wished I would have had a golf cart so i didn't have to worry with parking my big truck on the strip.

This was a great place to stay. If you love playing golf it is the ultimate location. You could sit on the balcony and watch people play golf. The condo was decorated simply but elegantly. Every thing was so close, all the shows, the beach, shopping, and there was a pool on site. If you like to be in the middle of everything happening, this is the place to stay.
