I have been traveling to Desting for the past 10 years. Each year I go with either my family, my kids, or with multiple family and friends. The past few years it has just been me and my daughters and two sons. I look forward to it every single year, Destin is in my blood. We finally ventured outside our comfort zone (where we always stayed) and rented this beautiful condo. The owners were made aware of some issues going on on the home front and went out of their way to accomodate me and my family. We plan to continue visiting Destin, and hopefully this condo will be our familar home when there. Thank you.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Your condo was just as you told us it would be. Clean, well decorated and very comfortable. We loved the bedroom being so far from the living room so one of us could nap and never be disturbed. We also loved sitting on the balcony and being able to see both the beach and the pool area. Having places to eat within walking distance was awesome. We used beach services and were surprised it wasn't more expensive. It was everything you told us it would be and more. We will definitely check you out in the future. Thanks for such a relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Our time in Destin staying at Beach Resort, was, without a doubt a fantastic experience. My entire family (myself, wife and 3 kids 13-13-10) was able to enjoy the week with all of the comforts of home, while relaxing on vaction just a stone's throw from the sugar white sand of the beach. We played in the magnificent pool every single day, and enjoyed every minute of it. Every feature of the condo surpassed our expectations. The furniture was comfortable and cozy. The pool area has Barbeque pits for guests to use that saved us tons of money on eating out. The location of the condo was just acroos the street form the gulf, but only a 3 minute drive to the grocery store or walgreens for more sunscreen. We celebrated my birthday at the Crab Trap restraunt less than a mile away, and watched the sunset with the surf pounding away at the shore. My wife and I saw wild dolphins in the gulf while taking an early morning walk on the beach. The bottom line is, we LOVED the cond, and I cant imagine a more relaxing, worry free, complete vacation. The kids are already scheming on how we can go back later this year. Stay in this condo, and you couldn't possibly be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable and conveniently located. There was plenty of private parking for condo residents. Miramar Beach is just across the street - about a 5 min walk. The heated pool is great for a dip in the early morning or in the night, as well as the spa. The owners were very nice, quick to respond and very flexible. We would stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a lovely condo, very clean, and nicely furnished. We enjoyed having our coffee out on the balcony while we planned our activities for the day. It is convenient to the outlet mall plus some great restaurants. Some of the ones we enjoyed are Kenny D's, Crab Trap, and Donut Hole. There is also a reallly nice pool and hot tub. Landscaping is very well maintained and gives you privacy from the street.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo is bright, clean and oh-so comfortable with a beautiful view of the water and pool deck. Everything we needed was right there - washer/dryer - utensils . . . and easy parking. Convenient to walk to the beach or several eateries - but a quick drive to SeaSide, Water Color, and other outlying areas. Will definitely stay again when available. Highly recommended!!!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
