You will escape to a tropical paradise when you stay in this gulf-side home with a private pool in Water's Edge, an exclusive gulf-front community directly adjacent to Rosemary Beach.

The house is professionally decorated and furnished with attention to detail to provide a beach cottage experience reminiscent of a "Nantucket" style cottage. The 2200 sq.ft.house is decorated with bright colors and is blessed with an abundant number of windows to let in that wonderful Florida sunshine.

With 1000 sq. ft. of porches on all three levels, the house offers dramatic views of the gulf and surrounding area. The porches are furnished with high quality Lloyd-Flanders wicker and Winston furniture providing places to gather for meals or enjoy a cool drink, as well as, private spaces for members of your family to enjoy their morning coffee or curl up with a good book.

The main living and dining areas are conveniently located on the first floor overlooking the Pool and Tropical Garden that will make you think that you are in Key West creating the perfect setting for casual, outdoor vacation living.

The living room includes a TV with DVD as well as a high fidelity stereo system with CD for your enjoyment. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and features a ceramic tile island with breakfast bar for quick meals and convenient access to the charcoal grill for those great outdoor summer meals.

The three main bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 2 Full) are uniquely decorated and feature TVs with VCRs, private linens with fluffy towels & extra pillows and are equipped with ceiling fans. Two private, master suites (1K & 1Q) are on the second floor, while the first floor bedroom has 2 full size beds and adjoining bath.

The fourth bedroom (the Tower Room located on the third floor) has a queen size sofabed and opens onto the third floor porch with panoramic views of the gulf and surrounding area.

The area offers abundant choices for recreation including biking along a 17 mile bike path and walking path that runs directly in front our community, a Tom Fazio golf course at Camp Creek (just a mile a way), kayaking, sailing, fishing, as well as nearby, shopping at Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Water Colors and Sandestin and some of the finest restaurants in all of Florida.

Rosemary Beach, Seaside, great restaurants and shopping, as well as fantastic outdoor living will add to your stay on the Emerald Coast and make it truly memorable.

Advanced deposit is 50% of total (excluding Tax & Damage Deposit) &
a $25.00 Non-Refundable Processing Fee; Remainder is due at check-in.
Security/Damage Deposit = 20% weekly rental rate; Refunded within 2-3 weeks
after departure, provided no damage & all rules & regulations observed.
Cancellations not refunded unless unit is re-rented for same rental period & fee;
If refunded, there will be a $40 Cancellation Fee.
