The house is professionally decorated and furnished with attention to detail to provide a beach cottage experience reminiscent of a "Nantucket" style cottage. The 2200 sq.ft.house is decorated with bright colors and is blessed with an abundant number of windows to let in that wonderful Florida sunshine.
With 1000 sq. ft. of porches on all three levels, the house offers dramatic views of the gulf and surrounding area. The porches are furnished with high quality Lloyd-Flanders wicker and Winston furniture providing places to gather for meals or enjoy a cool drink, as well as, private spaces for members of your family to enjoy their morning coffee or curl up with a good book.
The main living and dining areas are conveniently located on the first floor overlooking the Pool and Tropical Garden that will make you think that you are in Key West creating the perfect setting for casual, outdoor vacation living.
The living room includes a TV with DVD as well as a high fidelity stereo system with CD for your enjoyment. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and features a ceramic tile island with breakfast bar for quick meals and convenient access to the charcoal grill for those great outdoor summer meals.
The three bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 2 Full) are uniquely decorated and feature TVs with VCRs, private linens with fluffy towels & extra pillows and are equipped with ceiling fans. Two private, master suites (1K & 1Q) are on the second floor, while the first floor bedroom has 2 full size beds and adjoining bath.
The area offers abundant choices for recreation including biking along a 17 mile bike path and walking path that runs directly in front our community, many golf courses in the area, kayaking, sailing, and fishing. The restaurants and shops of Rosemary Beach are a short walk away while quick drive takes you to the dining and shopping of Seaside, Water Colors and Sandestin.

May-Aug & Holidays: $3950/wk. Tax=11.5%. Sunday-Sunday Rental.
Advanced deposit = 50% of total excluding tax due at time of reservation.
Remainder is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Linens & Cleaning included.
Rental deposits & fees are non-refundable. Ask about Trip Cancellation Insurance.
Damage deposit of 25% of weekly rental rate will be secured against your credit
card as an authorization and will automatically drop off provided no damage
and all rules & regulations were observed. Renters must be 25 years or older.
