Always fun in Destin at Southbay by the Gulf #69

This is our second stay in #69 at Southbay by the Gulf. We went back to the same condo because we were pleased the first time we stayed here two years ago. The property was cleaned and well maintained and the back door of the condo opened the the pool area. The beach was close by and an easy walk. We went over Memorial weekend and the scare of the "oil" on the beach seemed to have deterred people from these condos. We didn't see any oil, and it certainly did not alter the fun we were having. The condo. has excellent amenities and we enjoyed meeting up with friends both in the condo and by the Gulf. This close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico makes margaritas even taste better! We have always loved Southbay - we've been coming here since 1986! We plan on continuing our relationship with these owners and renting this condo again in the near future! OIL STAY OFF DESTIN BEACH! We love the seafood and tried a new place, Dewey Destins this time.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
