Great location in the centre of the old part of Barcelona only meters from Pl. de la Merce and 350 meters from La Rambla (the most famous shopping street of Barcelona) on a very quiet side street, in a new building with elevator and easy access for families and senior citizen.

The apartment is on the third floor and has a large living room with a 22 cm TV with satellite, stereo system with CD, cassette, and radio. There is an American kitchen with stove and microwave. The kitchen has lots of kitchen utensils and pots, etc., enough to cook very well for six people!

There are two bedrooms, one with a double-size bed and one with two single beds, and the couch in the living room can sleep two more. We do provide good quality linens and towels at no extra charge.

The apartment has a bathroom with a big mirror and lots of light as well as plenty of hot water and a bathtub and shower. Most of the floors are wooden parquet and all rooms have central heating for the few days in the winter where the city gets cold. For the hot days there is A/C in the living room and good fans in the bedrooms.

Also just 5 minutes walk to the Big Yacht Harbour & from that a beautiful stroll to the Beach in less than 10 minutes, the next Subway Station is less than 500 meters away on La Rambla. Each Guest will receive a detailed map with all recommended Restaurants, Bars, & Discos as well as Museums & Other Attractions upon confirmation of his reservation.
