"The Getaway" was completed in 2006 and features three bedroom and two baths. A fourth bedroom for kids is off the master bedroom. The house sleeps nine (9) with two queens, one full/twin combination bunk bed, and two twin beds in the kids' room.
This exquisitely furnished house is very roomy and comfortable. The yard is another feature with no steps to the swim dock. This is a perfect place for young families. The gently sloping yard leads down to a cove off of the main body of the Sipsey channel of Smith Lake. Relax at the water's edge while watching the kids swim.
The house is only a few miles by water from the historic Duncan Bridge and the marina. Arley is less than a five-mile drive where groceries, restaurants, etc. can be found. The house features satellite TV and a screened porch overlooking the yard and lake.
