Awesome little condo conveniently located right outside of Ramey Base. This condo has everything you could need while in Puerto Rico and is centrally located to some the best surf spots on the island. Elvis is more than willing to help you out with anything you need while on your stay and can help with restaurant recommendations and things to do as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are interested in staying in the Aguadilla area.

This was our second stay at this appartment and it will not be our last. Everything was as described and Elvis is very easy to deal with. Close to airport and beaches. Looking forward to our stay next year!

First vacation with our 1 year old daughter and everything was perfect.. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for.. Perfect location, safe and comfortable.. It was nice to be able to walk to some great restaurants.. Everything you need is right there.. Lots a beautiful beaches. The apartment had everything we needed and our family was very comfortable for the month that we were there. Elvis is a great honest guy! Thank you so much for making our vacation a hit! We will definitely be back!

Several friends and I traveled to Puerto Rico for a last minute surf trip. We saw this condo listed on VRBO and gave Elvis (owner) a call. He was more than happy and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for our trip! I will be going back to PR over the next many years and I will always give my business to Elvis. The condo is fantastic with a full kitchen, bathroom, cable, internet and a beautiful patio to relax ad enjoy your evenings on. Close to some of the best surf breaks in the region as well as restaurants, shops and nightlife.

My fifth year staying at Elvis' property. I'll be back too, God willing. Need I say more? The pictures are accurate, and property well maintained as Elvis has pride of ownership as does all he can to make my stay a wonderful experience. This is a tremendous value.

This place was wonderful. Elvis was very easy to talk with over the phone and do the booking with. He met us at the place upon arrival. It appears as advertised and is very clean. The balcony is a great place to wind down and have a few beers and chat it up after a fun day in the water. There was room for air-ttresses as well, in case your group is larger than 4. The beds slept perfectly and the A/C worked wonderfully as well. This place is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. I will be booking this place for many a trip to come.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

I was there with my family for 3 weeks and the apartment is very good, safe, quiet, confortable, equipped, clean and very good maintained. You will have everything you need really closed (beaches, surfing, food, groceries, restaurants, fun, skate park, aguadilla splash, bowling, ice skating, etc), the owner Elvis is very cool and helpful. I hope back very soon and rent here again. THANKS FOR ALL

This was my second year staying at this apartment. The location is great with being 2 miles from airport and also 5 minutes from many great surf breaks( wilderness, surfers beach, Jobos etc). Also walking distance to Rosalindas, Thai 110, and the econo. The apt is on the top floor so it has a wonderful large outside patio with chairs, and a gas grill for relaxing with a drink and grilling after a long day of surfing. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The owner Elvis is a great guy, very accommodating and always makes sure that we have everything we need for a great vacation. He is also very helpful in providing local knowledge and makes sure you have his number in case any issues or questions arise, even though we have had ZERO problems over the last 2 years staying here. I also encouraged friends to stay here last Feb on their surf trip and they also thouroughly enjoyed the apt and the location. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a hassle free vacation that is close to the airport and surf breaks. We are already planning for next years surf trip. Thanks again Elvis!

I travel frequently to puerto rico usually staying in a hotel. On my last trip I tried VRBO and booked a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It was by far the best lodging choice I've made. The owner Elvis,was awesome. I felt comfortable dealing with him via email and on the phone. The unit was as advertised and he responded very quickly with the only glitch that occurred (the propane tank was empty due to a leaky regulator). He got a tech out as soon as i notified him. I WILL DEFINITELY RENT WITH HIM AGAIN.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We stayed there for two weeks while surfing in Aguadilla and visting some other towns. The Apt was perfect for our needs. It was clean and bright and felt like home. Elvis is super nice and helpful and gave us some good advice and directions. The location was great, close to the airport, several beaches (short driving distance) some good restaurants and the grocery store (not to mention produce stands). The porch makes for a perfect living room, we spent a lot of time out there. Highly recommended. We can't wait to go back.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. This place has everything you could possibly need and is nearby to any place you might possibly want to go. The surf was amazing and you are close to all the good beaches!

I am in my third week here and everything is really great. For surfing it is ideal because it is centrally located to spots north in Isabela (Jobos and Middles 3-5 minute drive) and west (Surfers Beach, Wilderness, Crash Boat.) It is ideally located for dining options that abound and shopping a local nearby grocery store. The 3rd story penthouse has a really cool patio/deck. The kitchen perfect for extended stays. Everthing is very clean and very well maintained. Elvis, the owner, is great and very helpful at all times and can give you the beta on the area as well. When the surf is flat I reccomend fabulous snorkeling at nearby Shacks beach; it's great! For the price you just can't beat it! Also, see Jose at nearby Aquatica dive and surf or the really cool people at the Rincon Surf SHop in the Borinquen shopping center for inforamtion on surfing and other activity options. I am loving my stay at Exclusive Apartments and plan on returning next year if it is available!
