House is on the coastline. My Beauty on the Beach is a very large house located on Kailua Way - the street running along the beach where everyone wants to stay because the ocean is right out the back door (see the map below)! We have wireless high-speed internet service. All bedding and towels are provided and all the usual household items are always well-stocked.

Location, location location! This is where you want to stay! Beauty on the Beach is on the oceanfront with an unobstructed view, not just a beach view. Nothing between you and the ocean (and not in the house-crowded village). You can hear, smell, and feel the sea air.
The 45-foot-long deck, 4 sliding glass doors, and the giant windows run the entire length of this 2-story house so you can never forget that you’re at the water’s edge. It is a perfect place to sunbathe, read, barbecue, and enjoy nature’s beauty.
Set up for play and relaxation, this 2700 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has all of its bedrooms located upstairs with wide, open areas downstairs. Upstairs, an indoor balcony allows unobstructed views of the ocean through giant windows. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third bedroom has one queen-sized and two twin-sized beds. There are also two sofa beds downstairs.
Along with 4 large sliding glass doors leading onto the deck and looking out at the ocean, the downstairs has several gathering areas. A woodburning stove provides a center focal point. The kitchen, dining area, and third bathroom are also downstairs as well as a closet washer and dryer. The living room contains a large wet bar with second refrigerator and icemaker. There is Direct TV, DVD, and VCR. The entire house is stocked as though it was your home: dishes, cookware, utensils, linens and towels, pillows, throw blankets, patio furniture, etc. And your deposit includes the fee to pay the housekeepers after you leave.
The deck wraps around the entire house and there is plenty of parking available. Gas and briquet barbecues are provided. No smoking please.
Dillon’s Beach is truly the last uncrowded beach in California. It is a perfect place to spend uninterrupted time with family and friends. Build sandcastles, boogie board, skim board, whale-bird-and-deer watch, dig for clams, play beach volleyball, fly kites, play board games, or read a book.
Nearby restaurants include American, Italian, and Seafood cuisine. Convenience store and bakery located within 5 minute drive.
Nearby day trip locations include Napa and Sonoma Valley (hot air ballooning and wine tasting), Bodega Bay (golf and quaint shops), Sausalito (upscale boutiques), San Francisco, Point Reyes, and Armstrong Park.

What a fabulous weekend. We rented this house for my husband's birthday weekend and had a marvelous time. The views are spectacular, the kitchen extremely well stocked and we loved brushing up on our pool skills. Although we were only here for a short time, we felt like we had a real vacation. Walking on the beach, lounging in the sun and just relaxing. Our lab had a great time as well!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+.

Just loving coming to this hidden jewel of the California coastline. We stayed for the weekend in February. The weather was amazing. Sunshine everyday. The location of Beauty on the Beach is Great. Your just a minute walk to the sand. Take the road in front of the house, then down the path that follows the little stream. You can't beat the little restaurant in the village for lunch. Great fish tacos. Hope to be back soon.

Our family and two dogs had a great time at Beauty on the Beach. Location was perfect and within walking distance to the beach. Very cozy house and the views were spectacular! For thos of you who likes oysters, go to Hog Island, which is about half an hour away. Delicious!

We had a lovely time at "Beauty on the Beach." The location was perfect, the great room and deck were more spacious than they looked in the photos, and there were even candles for the dinner table! We would definitely return. The decor is a little retro, but it fits well in the Nor-Cal beach scene, was very clean and comfortable, and everyone felt immediately at home. It wasn't clear from the photos whether you can access the beach just below the house... you can! It was great to have the pool table in the great room so that people playing weren't stuck in a garage or basement away from the group. Having a separate fridge near another open seating area (for beer, etc.) was a great touch and helped keep kitchen congestion down. We wondered whether we would be too close to the neighbors but we didn't even notice them (if they were there at all). It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful, uninterrupted view! Thanks for a great place to stay!!!

I took my kids and grandkids to Dillon Beach for Spring Break. We had a total of 12 people in this house and it was perfect for all of us. The house looks exactly as the pictures show and the size of the house made it so easy to stay for the entire week. Yes, one full week with my 6 grandkids who loved every minute of it. This house has everything you need (except the food of course). So spacious and well stocked and it had plenty of parking, too. This house has fantastic views throughout the entire house. Working with the property management was great. Will I us this house again - ABSOLUTELY! We all loved it.

My family recently stayed at "Beauty on the Beach" in February. The home is warm and inviting and the ocean views are amazing! The amenities are wonderful including the down comforters on the beds. The kitchen is just off the dining room and living room, so you are always a part of the action. If you like being on top of a bluff overlooking magnificent ocean views, this is the house for you. We can't wait to go back again!

My family and I recently spent a week at Beauty on the Beach. The house and location were perfect. The house was very clean and welcoming. It was amazing having the ocean as a backyard. Dillon Beach is wonderful and we will definitely be back for another visit.

Ahhhh!!! It was so wonderful to be on this lovely beach again. The beach house is always terrific. The view is unmatched because it's right on the coast itself! And the sunset is to die for. At night we went to sleep listening to the waves which can be heard in the bedrooms. Nothing like a coffee in the morning on the deck followed by a cocktail in the evening with lots of beach wondering in between. I want to go back!

We entered your lovely home & stepped into a time warp-It's 1970, in all its glory. We built a house in the Sacramento Delta in 1970. We recognized the faucets, windows, carpets, dishes & the fire place, quite a trip down memory lane. We walked on the beach, cooked family dinners, the boys played pool, movies were watched, took pictures of 2 sunsets and enjoyed evenings by the fire. Two days of sunshine out of ten days of watching the sky shift and change. We went to lunch at Nick's Cove--very good. All in all a very good time was had by the entire family.

Beauty on the Beach is our favorite beach house EVER -- and we've been coming to Dillon Beach forever, so we've stayed in lots of them. The communal spaces are generous and perfect for families and friends with lots going on. The house is nicely furnished; the owners have thought of everything. And the view is splendid.
