What a fabulous weekend. We rented this house for my husband's birthday weekend and had a marvelous time. The views are spectacular, the kitchen extremely well stocked and we loved brushing up on our pool skills. Although we were only here for a short time, we felt like we had a real vacation. Walking on the beach, lounging in the sun and just relaxing. Our lab had a great time as well!

Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners.

Just loving coming to this hidden jewel of the California coastline. We stayed for the weekend in February. The weather was amazing. Sunshine everyday. The location of Beauty on the Beach is Great. Your just a minute walk to the sand. Take the road in front of the house, then down the path that follows the little stream. You can't beat the little restaurant in the village for lunch. Great fish tacos. Hope to be back soon.

Our family and two dogs had a great time at Beauty on the Beach. Location was perfect and within walking distance to the beach. Very cozy house and the views were spectacular! For thos of you who likes oysters, go to Hog Island, which is about half an hour away. Delicious!

Spacious Home in a Beautiful Location!

We had a lovely time at "Beauty on the Beach." The location was perfect, the great room and deck were more spacious than they looked in the photos, and there were even candles for the dinner table! We would definitely return. The decor is a little retro, but it fits well in the Nor-Cal beach scene, was very clean and comfortable, and everyone felt immediately at home. It wasn't clear from the photos whether you can access the beach just below the house... you can! It was great to have the pool table in the great room so that people playing weren't stuck in a garage or basement away from the group. Having a separate fridge near another open seating area (for beer, etc.) was a great touch and helped keep kitchen congestion down. We wondered whether we would be too close to the neighbors but we didn't even notice them (if they were there at all). It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful, uninterrupted view! Thanks for a great place to stay!!!

Great Stay at Beauty on the Beach

I took my kids and grandkids to Dillon Beach for Spring Break. We had a total of 12 people in this house and it was perfect for all of us. The house looks exactly as the pictures show and the size of the house made it so easy to stay for the entire week. Yes, one full week with my 6 grandkids who loved every minute of it. This house has everything you need (except the food of course). So spacious and well stocked and it had plenty of parking, too. This house has fantastic views throughout the entire house. Working with the property management was great. Will I us this house again - ABSOLUTELY! We all loved it.

My family recently stayed at "Beauty on the Beach" in February. The home is warm and inviting and the ocean views are amazing! The amenities are wonderful including the down comforters on the beds. The kitchen is just off the dining room and living room, so you are always a part of the action. If you like being on top of a bluff overlooking magnificent ocean views, this is the house for you. We can't wait to go back again!

My family and I recently spent a week at Beauty on the Beach. The house and location were perfect. The house was very clean and welcoming. It was amazing having the ocean as a backyard. Dillon Beach is wonderful and we will definitely be back for another visit.

Ahhhh!!! It was so wonderful to be on this lovely beach again. The beach house is always terrific. The view is unmatched because it's right on the coast itself! And the sunset is to die for. At night we went to sleep listening to the waves which can be heard in the bedrooms. Nothing like a coffee in the morning on the deck followed by a cocktail in the evening with lots of beach wondering in between. I want to go back!

We entered your lovely home & stepped into a time warp-It's 1970, in all its glory. We built a house in the Sacramento Delta in 1970. We recognized the faucets, windows, carpets, dishes & the fire place, quite a trip down memory lane. We walked on the beach, cooked family dinners, the boys played pool, movies were watched, took pictures of 2 sunsets and enjoyed evenings by the fire. Two days of sunshine out of ten days of watching the sky shift and change. We went to lunch at Nick's Cove--very good. All in all a very good time was had by the entire family.

Beauty on the Beach is our favorite beach house EVER -- and we've been coming to Dillon Beach forever, so we've stayed in lots of them. The communal spaces are generous and perfect for families and friends with lots going on. The house is nicely furnished; the owners have thought of everything. And the view is splendid.

We just got in from a week's stay at Beauty on the Beach and LOVED it. The house was everything as advertised and more. It was clean and homey. We felt very comfortable. We rode out the storm of the decade with 60 mph winds without a hitch. The power was down for about 14 hours but the wood stove kept the place warm and there were flashlights and candles. We have every intention of renting it again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This is a awesome place to make family memories. Love it, love it, love it! The home is clean and warmly decorated and the appliances are modern and all in great condition. We had easy access to the beach, most fantastic view, sounds of the ocean at night, and large deck to party or sunbathe. We were close to local restaurants if we chose to eat out and only about hour and half from San Francisco. Wine country only about hour or so away. The home provides lots of light, great for relaxing and entertaining. The friends we have had as guests with us say "this is not JUST a beach cabin...it is so much more"! Beautiful home and we loved our stay.

Enchanting is the only way to describe my autumn weekends of escape to this beautiful, comfortable beach house. There's no better place to relax, walk for hours on the sandy beach and, armed with a glass of Sonoma area wine, toast the amazing sunsets from the comfort of the deck. Enchanting.

I have stayed at this great beach house a few times in the last few years. A few times it was in the early fall and once in early spring. Each time was so relaxing and peaceful. I highly recommend this spacious house. The owners are very easy to communicate with. The beach is never crowded and I always felt like I was in paradise! Enjoy your stay.
