Come stay at our South Padre Island Golf Course Estate Home . 3 Bedrooms plus an office. Aproximately 2700 square feet of living space with attached garage located on the golf course. The beach is approximately 10 minutes away. Our home is fully furnished with queen-size beds in two of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the third room , 1 queen aero bed for the office and 2 children size sleeping bags. The house is also fully equipped with flat screen televisions in every room, NINTENDO WII GAME SYSTEM with games, High speed internet hookup, DVD Player.   • We rented this home for February of 2009. The house was everything we had hoped for, bright, airy, clean, and large. Located on the 8th hole of the SPI golf course, the house is surrounded by shrubs, palms and grass. The location was excellent, a short walk to a wonderfully heated pool, club house and exercise room. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. It is about a 20 minute drive to South Padre Island - 15 to Port Isabel, so the location for us was terrific. The island and the town of Port Isabel, has terrific restaurants (Try La Casa del Mar, and Blackbeards). We had a perfect stay in this home! The home owner, Mark, was helpful, and responsive to any requests we made. I would recommend this property without reservation! Great place to stay!
