Charming four bedroom, three and a half bathroom townhouse tastefully decorated with screened porch and deck overlooking lake.
Screened in porch has table with four chairs and two rockers. Deck has picnic table and Weber grill. Lots of outdoor space... Beautiful wood floors throughout first level.
This home has a wonderfully large family room, and a comfortable living room for TV/reading/relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with breakfast bar with four stools, as well as large dining area seating another six. The master bedroom has gorgeous king-size bed, with LCD TV/DVD hung off the wall. Walk-in closet and nice full bathroom round it out.
The upstairs guest suite has beautiful queen-size bed, TV/DVD, walk-in closet, and its own full bathroom.
Third bedroom has double bunk beds with walk in closet and access to jack/jill bathroom.
Fourth bedroom has daybed with trundle, TV/DVD, desk (internet access) and access to jack/jill bathroom.
Relax on the front porches in large lazy rockers. Laundry room is off of kitchen. Powder room is off of kitchen as well. This place is a '10'!!
For allergy concerns: We have never had a pet in the house and the first floor is completely hardwood flooring.
