It boasts one of the best locations in this guard gated Country Club. An end unit with the view of the golf course and the majestic southern mountains.
The villa has a nice open floor plan. The cozy living room includes a warm fireplace, wet bar, and cable TV. The sliding glass doors lead directly to the patio and golf course. The kitchen is completely furnished and includes a cozy breakfast nook with a ceiling fan.
The bedrooms are nicely separated. Fully furnished with new linen and comforters. King bed in Master Bedroom, and twin beds in the Guest Room. Both Bedroom’s include ceiling fans and TV/DVD.

We've had the condo for a month and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The desert put on it's finest weather, warn and sunny in the day time and cool and comfortable at night. It's delightful to have the benefit of a fully stocked condo - how many times have you wished you had saran wrap when you are renting? We were especially taken by the friendliness of the people in Palm Desert. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time. Took in the Bob Hope Desert Classic. We followed Marcus Allen, Don Cheadle, George Lopez, Andy Garcia and many other celebrities and professional athletics. Weather was great! Accommodations at 413 Desert Falls were excellent. Condo was sparkling clean. We definitely will be back!
