  This was my family's 9th year going to Destin for spring break and every year we've stayed in Maravilla. This was our first time staying in this particular condo but it probably won't be our last. From the first time I contacted the owner, she was absolutely wonderful to deal with and was very prompt getting back with me on any questions I might have had. One concern we had was that this was a pet friendly unit but we were not bringing any pets. We were a little concerned that there would be some sort of pet odor in the condo but there was absolutely NO smell. Had I not read that you could have pets in the unit we would have never known. A+ for this condo and it's owner! We look forward to staying there over spring break again!

  My family and I stayed in this condo 8-1-12 to 8-8-12. We were pleased with our visit. Mary was wonderful to deal with. She responded promptly to my emails and was very pleasant. The condo was very clean and close enough to walk to the beach. My only complaint would be the beds which were a little firm for me but some people like a firm mattress. The weather was beautiful and we were very close to several restaurants and the Destin Commons shopping area. Thank you Mary for letting us book with you!

  Family of 6. Mom, dad Gma and,3 kids age 13.9 and 8. Everything was extremely clean . We loved the easy access to the beach. No stairs. No elevators ! The pool is not over crowded. Plenty of dishes pots and pans. Highly recommend We will return

  The condo worked out perfectly for us and our dog. The first floor location, with a patio area outside the living room, was so convenient to dog walk area, pool, tennis courts, and the beach. The Miramar Beach location is very pretty, and quieter than being closer to the center of Destin. Access to Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons was super convenient. Several very good restaurants were within walking distance as well. Loved our stay!!

  Owner response: Being "pet-friendly" has been a definite plus for me as well as my guests! All, including the four-legged furkids, have been very respectful of my condo and the beautiful surrounding area.

  Very nicely appointed Large pet friendly unit. Comfortable layed back environment to relax in, with a wonderful grassy patio area for your pooch to enjoy. Mary was a dream to rent from and very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a fun start to the new year!!

  My family and I visited over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a perfect time. The weather was beautiful and the condo was even better. I was very surprised at how spacious the rooms were and well kept it was. The ad is perfectly correct. It was a short walk to the dog area and a very short walk to the beach. It was well equipped with everything I needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. And one evening we walked up the street to Pompano Joes for dinner. So glad we booked here and will do it again!!

  Absolutely loved this condo, accommodations and location were perfect! Everything needed was there! Very comforable and well cared for. Short walk to the beach, pools and wonderful restaurants! Owner was great to work with! Thanks for a great vacation!

  Great location been to Maravilla many times but this condo was the cleanest and well equiped! will definately use this accomadation again.

  Our stay was the week ending July 3rd. I was originally so worried about the oil spill, but I wasted my time worrying! We saw very few tar balls, and what we did see on the beach were picked up almost immediately by pick-up crews. The condo itself was more than anyone could ask for........two nice, large bathrooms, large spacious master bedroom (the other two bedrooms were very nice also), and nice large living/den area. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you might need. We loved the outdoor grills that were provided and my kids really enjoyed the two pools and the shuffleboard. If you are bringing your furry child, this is the condo for you! You step right out of the den to the patio and then onto a very large grassy area. Our dogs loved it! You simply clean-up after them and all is good. We would definitely go back to Maravilla and would most assuredly go back to this particular unit.
