$135 cleaning fee on all vacations. Prices quoted are for 4 adult guests only.
A 3 night deposit must be received within 2 weeks of making the reservation.
Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival for Low Season.
Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival for High Season.
A $250 refundable damage deposit is required for all vacations.

Paradise!
This was the perfect place for us on our visit to the Big Island. We were extremely impressed with the condo: location, size, amenities, layout, and especially the price. The condo met our every need! We truly enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and enjoying the spectacular ocean and golf course views! This condo is full of great amenities and again, the views from the lanai are breath taking. The condo was impeccable clean and the decor is very tropical. It was paradise - we hope to return soon and highly recommend this unit.

Paradise! This was the perfect place for us on our visit to the Big Island. We were extremely impressed with the condo: location, size, amenities, layout, and especially the price. The condo met our every need! We truly enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and enjoying the spectacular ocean and golf course views! This condo is full of great amenities and again, the views from the lanai are breath taking. The condo was impeccable clean and the decor is very tropical.
