Located on the southern shores of the Caribbean is the stunning island of Isla de Margarita. Margarita is one of the most up and coming islands in the caribbean.
The building Bahia del Morro II has a fantastic view to all sides. Towards the east/northeast you have the protected area of "Laguna del Morro" with its mangroves and lots of birds and behind it the Playa Caracola, the jogging path of all the neighbours. To the south the "Playa Concorde", a beach where there is a marina with a lot of yachts and sailing boats from all over the world, as well as some very good restaurants. Nothing may be built in this area, so the view can never be obstructed. To the north it is not far to the Central Madeirense, a big shopping centre, and many other restaurants, bars and shopping centres like Caribbean Center Mall, C.C. Avenida Bolivar, Rattan Plaza, Sambil and others.
