Situated between Franklin and Dillsboro/Sylva you are less then twenty minutes from the attractions, shops and restaurants in either direction. Conveniently located so you can enjoy short day trips to Asheville(Biltmore Estate and Winery), Blue Ridge Parkway, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) and more.

$100 cleaning fee plus state sales tax and $200 security deposit.

Payment: money order, cashiers check, or personal check.
Complete payment must be received 45 days prior to rental.
Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival date will be fully refunded.
Cancellation less than 21 days in advance will forfeit security deposit.
