Leave the stresses of suburbia where you can enjoy the "quiet of nature" or read a good book on one of two porches overlooking the Cowee Mountain Range. Hiking is only a step away as this property adjoins the Nantahala National Forest. This mountain home can easily accommodate eight people on three levels and includes a dart board and air hockey for rainy days along with a small video library and board games. Situated between Franklin and Dillsboro/Sylva you are less then twenty minutes from the attractions, shops and restaurants in either direction. Conveniently located so you can enjoy short day trips to Asheville(Biltmore Estate and Winery), Blue Ridge Parkway, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) and more.

$140/night .. $875/week (3 night minimum).
$75 cleaning fee plus state sales tax and $200 security deposit.
At this time credit cards are not being accepted.
Payment: money order, cashiers check, or personal check.
Complete payment must be received 45 days prior to rental.
Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival date will be fully refunded.
Cancellation less than 21 days in advance will forfeit security deposit.
