Enjoy your morning coffee from the oceanfront deck or from the living room as you watch the sunrise from the home that awaits at you at this fifth floor unit in sunny Deerfield Beach.
This condominium is newly built and has many upgrades including a large master bathroom with soaking tub, dual sinks, marble floors, moen fixtures, and granite sink tops. The flooring throughout the rest of the house is all hardwood with the exception of the second bathroom which is marble tile. The kitchen counter tops are granite and the appliances are stainless steel. Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room with both full size washer and dryer. An ironing board is also included. The house has a total of four ceiling fans (including one in the large master bathroom). To keep you connected, we have WiFi high speed internet service in the unit (wireless internet). Surf the internet as you watch the dolphins swim by!
The property is privately located in a gated community with a code required to enter making the pleasure all that more convenient. We own two private parking spaces, however, additional guest parking is available.
The Deerfield Beach Pier is within walking distance as are many restaurants, shops, convenience stores and loads of other Deerfield Beach attractions. After enjoying a day on the beach, come back and take a dip in the pool or relax in the jacuzzi. The choice is yours!
This development has a private Fitness room with treadmills, weight machines, bathroom, and two wall mounted TV's. Just outside the fitness room is the pool, jacuzzi, multiple gas grills, one charcoal grill, and two tables with chairs to enjoy lunches or dinners.
