Our beautiful, ground floor condo, 887 square feet with large lanai, is completely remodeled with brand new updates as of July, 2011. It has granite countertops, ceramic tiled floors in hallways, kitchen and bathrooms, carpeting (also updated in 7/2011) in living room and bedroom, completely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with all new appliances. L-Shaped sectional sofa with a 7" mattress has been added as of 7/2011 as well.
This unit has also just had a dual zoned air conditioning system installed, which gives the bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen separately controlled temperature settings. Our unit stands out from most units at Kamaole Sands, because most units do not have air conditioning in the bedroom. This unit has air conditioning in the living room, dining room, kitchen area and the bedroom.
Experience the beauty and ambiance of Maui in a fully equipped condo, with beautifully appointed furnishings. Have breakfast, lunch or dinner on our large lanai and walk out to beautifully landscaped grounds. Enjoy the large pool, children's pool and spas. Walk down to one of the most popular beaches on Maui. The Kamaole Sands property has ocean and beach views, and is directly across the street from the beach.
This unit has an on-site property manager to take care of all of your needs and we can even arrange for daily maid service if you desire. There is also an activities agent on the property. We provide all guests with our personal cell phone number, so that you can contact us 24 hours a day with any problems. We want your visit to Maui to be everything you expect it to be. If you have any needs that are not being met by the on-site property management staff, we ask you to call us so that we can work to meet your expectations.

My wife and I loved our stay in this condo. We vacationed in Maui for ten days and enjoyed the location and atmosphere of the kamaole sands community. It is in a great location for beach access, plus all the popular beaches are a short drive away. There were many things that we enjoyed ( especially the beach stuff!!) and made good use of. The couch was comfy and the a/c was nice and cold (which is a must coming from -10 here in Alaska). The lanai is right next to a grill that wasn't ever busy like the ones near the pool. We definately recommend this unit and will probably stay there again!

We have just returned from Maui, February 2011 and we thoroughly appreciated this condo. It was close to a BBQ area, steps to the pool and well equipped for all our needs. Should you need to have four people in the condo, there is plenty of room and storage in the hide a bed area for all the extra belongings. This unit is tucked away at the rear of the property which lends it to be quiet and sheltered from the hot sun. The overall property is beautiful and the management on site staff are very helpful. There is also an Expedia rep on site should you want to book any excursions at competitive prices. The owner of this condo is incredibly prompt and attentive, always returning emails and responding to any questions. "We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was very well equipped and clean. We were visiting Maui for a wedding and many of the other guests were staying at Kamaole Sands also. From the other condo's that we saw, yours was one of, if not, the nicest condo. Most other guests rented through Castle Resorts instead of through an independent owner. They experienced numerous issues from being forced to change rooms halfway through their stay or were given an outdated room and had to request a new one. I will recommend your condo to anyone wanting to travel to Maui and looking for a condo type accomodation".

"We had a great time in Maui and loved your place. Your place was beautiful and clean and so nice to return to each day. Overall, we gave your place high marks. We have no complaints! We celebrated Christmas there and used your tall plant in the living room as a makeshift Christmas tree. Our daughter thought she could stay awake and catch Santa, but needless to say, he was able to leave her stocking under the tree without waking her!"

"We absolutely loved the condo! We would love to go back. We spent Halloween in Lahina with 30,000 other people. We biked down the volcano from the inside of the park down...that was fun. All was great at the condo and things were very neat and clean". "Thanks so much for everything".
