Goodbye Snow and Cold. Hello Fun, Sun, and Sand!

Guest: Wayne and MaryLou, Canada. Winter 2012
Date of Stay: 01/01/12 Review Submitted: 04/15/12

Sparkling emerald waters await your walk on the beach each day. Just follow the red brick road to the white gate with the three little fish carved into it. Should you tire of the beach a luxurious three bedroom condo awaits. Comfortable and cozy it is sure to please. A beautiful well equiped kitchen allows meals to be prepared with ease and style. Should you wish to dine out just a few feet away are Flip-Flops(known for their famous hamburgers), Angelina's(great pizza!) and Goatfeathers(for the sea food lover). These were our favorites. Of course a short hike away is Garret's Realty Complex with the latest videos, a Subway, Pizza Shop and MaryLou's favorite Liz Fashions. After all that shopping sink into your luxurious Master bedroom and enjoy a relaxing hot bath with a large jacuzzi tub in one of the larger private bathrooms we've had the pleasure of using. Each bedroom is complimented with it's very own four piece bathroom. A really nice addition when we had our daughters and grandsons visit. The friendliness of the owners and their willingness to please and help in any way made our Florida stay one of the best we've had.

Lovely condo!

I have stayed in this condo three times in the past couple of years, and I'll definitely continue to visit for my beach vacations. The property is in a prime location - just a minute's walk to the beach and many great restaurants, plus it only takes a few minutes to get to Publix. The condo itself is beautiful. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and it can comfortably sleep 8 or 9 people. There's plenty of room to cook in the kitchen and to relax in the living room. The condo is well-maintained and very clean, and the decor is nice. I highly recommend vacationing here!

Family of four with 4.5 and 2.5 year old vacation

After reading and searching VRBO for a month, we decided on this unit. It was our first trip with kids to the 30-A area so we wanted to be prepared. I will take the time to list the pros and cons of this unit as I hope it helps. These reviews were very important to my wife and me when deciding so I hope this helps. 1) The unit: Just as advertised it was clean and the location was exactly where I thought. This unit very condusive to kids even though it doesn't supply kids toys/movies, but this was all not expected. The proximinty to the pool was extremely nice as we swam every day after the beach. There was never a crowd, and the pool is larger than the photos depict. All TVs and DVDs worked fine, and there is a RED BOX just a short walk down the road at Tom Thumb station. The master bedroom is huge and very much appreciated by parents. We didn't need all of the sleeping arrangements, but they are as advertised and spacious. We never cooked meals in, but there was ample equipment if the desire was there. 2) Location: The property is in a good locale for sure for the price. There were ample places within a 5 minute car ride. a Tom Thumb, a Publix, Seaside, Seafood market (Goatfeathers II) and multiple restaurants. we drove to seaside every night, and I timed it as 4 minutes. We did not rent bikes or really walk any long distances as well. We drove down to Rosemary Beach one night, and that was not bad either. Overall the location was close to a ton of things we needed. 3) The Beach: The initial walk to the beach was a little tough as the directions by the realty company are not great so I had to call and be guided a little better. The only downfall for us was not being able to walk out of our door and directly to the beach. This was all advertised correctly so we knew what we were getting into. The walk was not bad though. You walked down and across the street to a walkway with a code so it was private. I would say a 3-5 minute walk to the actual water. The beach was great and not crowded. It was extremely clean and very family oriented. We bought two chairs at Publix and an umbrella instead of renting. The rentals were a lot bigger and nicer, but you paid for that as well. We were able to go crab hunting with our young kids 2 nights which was great and very safe. There was a ton of families doing the same thing. All in all this was a great trip, and I would highly recommend the unit and area. The owner was EXTREMELY EASY TO WORK WITH!!!!!

VRBO 119727 Villa's at Seagrove A101

We stayed at this property March 12-19, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The listing description was accurate and the owners were so helpful in answering all our questions and really worked with us. We have always stayed in Watercolor or Seaside, but loved this location and property better and will stay here again when we visit next time. The property was in a gated community, which was so nice, and the inside was lovely, especially the kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, and the master was so spacious and we loved the jacuzzi tub. It was very clean and well maintained. Also, the villa was decorated tastefully. The property also had it's own private beach access right across the street, so you didn"t have to walk blocks to the public access. And it is right next door to two wonderful cafe's, a breakfast, lunch and coffee place, and Flip Flops, which was voted best burger in the Beaches of South Walton. And aslo, so close to the restuarant Thirty A and the new restuarant V Seagrove, which are both so good! I would highly recommend this property, it's a great deal. And you avoid the traffic nightmere at Seaside and Watercolor, but are less than a mile from there. We will be back!

Amazing Condo in Seagrove Beach

Guest: Angie (Lawrenceville, GA)

I have stayed in this beautiful condo with both family and girlfriends. The decor is beautiful and comfortable for any group. Perhaps one of the best features is that each bedroom has a private bath. The first floor is convenient for children at the pool and preparing your gear for the beach! The property is walking distance to several restaurants. The owners are accommodating and available for any questions that will assist you in preparing for your stay.

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I, with a group of friends, have stayed at this condo for two years and plan to return this summer. The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious, the 3 baths are very helpful, the kitchen is great for preparing meals for a large group and there is a large dining room table. There is also a family room with a TV for hanging out after a sunny day at the beach. The ocean is literally across the street and takes a 3 minute walk before your toes are in the sand. The area is not highly traveled so you get to enjoy the sun and ocean in peace and quiet with lots of space between you and the next family. When you're done with the beach, there are plenty of things to entertain you within 10 minutes - great restaurants, cute bars, bicycles delivered straight to the condo, shopping and a pool steps from the condo's front door. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to be back there in a few months.

Great space, great layout, lots of sleeping options and room. Gorgeous unit. Beach is right across the street and beautiful and a lot quieter than some places along the coast.

I have booked this condo for a week during each of the past two summers and do not have enough great remarks! The location is great - located at the beach and also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo is clean, large and decorated beautifually. It is great for families with children or adult groups/couples. I recommend it for anyone!

We just returned from a relaxing and fun time spent at this condo!! If you are looking for a very well appointed and beautifully decorated place to stay...just footsteps away from the most beautiful beach/water I have ever seen in the state of Florida...this is it! You will wake up to a wonderful sunrise and then be able to walk next door to get an incredible cup of coffee. What I really appreciated was a kitchen full of pots and pans and everything I needed to cook up the freshest seafood you could imagine (we bought it just down the street!) The bed linens are amazingly luxurious and the mattresses were remarkable. Usually I wake up with a stiff back on vacation...not this time! I can't say enough about the cleanliness, beauty, and luxury of this unit! The very best perk is the garden jacuzzi tub!!! You'll feel like you are at the spa! Of course if you get overheated...the pool (unbelievably clean!) is about 15 steps from the porch. Again...I can't say enough about this unit. Feel free to send me an email or call if you have any questions about this unit. I'll be happy to fill you in on the best "steal of a deal" in Seagrove Beach. We will be returning soon! Sincerely, Kris Burnett
