Along with the Penland School of Art, Yancey County is rich with more artists per capita than any other location in the nation. Galleries and numerous private studios are abundant. Your family or small group will find the Country Cottage to be the perfect setting to get away from the stresses of daily life while enjoying nature at its very best.
