This house is on Sea Marsh, which is the second left past the security gate. This makes it very quick to get on and off the island for groceries and trips to Charleston or other places of interest.

It is only three steps up to access the house. Five-minute straight shot bike ride to the beach. With a couple of minutes detour there is a tunnel that goes under Kiawah Parkway so traffic can be avoided if desired.
